Entertainment wrap: Post #FillUpTheDome fever

07 November 2015
We’ve just come back from turning it all the way up with Casper Nyovest, after his impressive feat. The guy delivered on his promise to sell out, big concerts venue, The Dome last weekend. We’re all still beaming. Here are a couple of images from the night!

After, in case you missed the magnitude of it all.

But, back onto this week’s news, Zoo Gang leader and the head boy of trap school released a single called “Jimmy Choo”. Something of a serenade for a fly lady in her designer sky scraper heels.

In the song all he wants to do, is to impress the girl in the best way he knows how; shower her with gifts. It’s pretty romantic. Any trap queen takers?

What is it about Adele that after being away for so long, she can still come back and get it, claim it, have it and slay it? The power house soulful belcher has made history, and all she did was sing Hello. The single, with over a record-breaking one million downloads this week, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboards Hot 100.

As we wait in anticipation for her album, 25, to drop in November…

We also saw a couple of homegrown releases this week with talented rapper and Vuzu Hustle runner up dropping his new video Soudy Soudy on First Play. Also, trust Mr. Mkhize DJ Dimples to come out with the hella KwaMkhize. As usual, you have to cop this. It’s so bad it’s dope! Ai jiki!

Look out for the video on Channel O.

Sean “Diddy” Combs, AKA P Diddy, AKA Puff Daddy (the last one was for all you OG’s!), on his 46th birthday this week, came out with MMM (Make Money Mitch). In this prelude to his final album he walks us through a musical career that took foot in Harlem, when all he had was his notorious hustling spirit. That’s how you celebrate a birthday!

Finally, as if you hadn’t seen every meme and parody there is on Drakes Hotline Bling, we just wanted to share one of our side-splitting faves before you go off and have at your fabulous weekend.
