A lot is happening in the South African hip hop scene right now.
On Monday, Riky Rick revealed that he is no longer part of Mabala Noise. Just as fans were reacting to that news, another rapper took over the spotlight.
Areece, who also left his record label Ambitiouz Entertainment a few weeks ago, has taken to Twitter to reveal details of alleged harassment from the label.
The rapper claimed that they never signed an agreement with the label, and that Ambitiouz doesn't own any copyright to their work.
He then shared a letter that they sent to Ambitiouz.
Areece made it clear that they owe Ambitouz nothing!

It is unfortunate that we need to publicly address issues that relate to the business end of our music once again.

The harassment from Ambitious Ent has begun affecting our work and as such we have had to notify them and 3rd parties of the legal position.
