Day 21: A bumper week in Biggie's house – BBTitans

It’s been an epically full week on Big Brother Titans.

There was plenty of drama on display in the Big Brother Titans house over the past few weeks, starting – obviously – with the first eviction of the season. Sunday saw Sandra and Theo Traw take their leave, with the latter expressing surprise at his early exit. We caught up with them the very next day for exclusive interviews, and you can watch each of them here.

For the rest of the housemates, however, there was no rest. Monday saw them hear about the theme of the week – food – and they immediately got to work on the assorted tasks, as well as working toward the big wager presentation of the week. Given that they bet 50% of their income on the outcome of that task, it’s probably a good thing. In the end, the hard work paid off, and the housemates earned themselves a second success in as many weeks.

The week, however, is not just about tasks. There are plenty of other things that need doing, like organising a Head of House every Monday night. This week, it was Kanaga Jnr and his partner, Blue Aiva, who rose to the top.

Surprises followed immediately after. It started with the nominations, which would have had an extra sense of stress about them given that they followed the first evictions of the season. After the first round, Yelisa (Yemi Cregx and Nelisa) found themselves on the list, but Kanaga used his power as HoH to save them … and replace them with Maya (Marvin and Yaya).

This was, to put it mildly, something of a surprise for everyone in the house, not least of all Marvin, who believed that he and Kanaga were very close. To say that he was put out would be to engage in the grossest of understatement. He brought it up the next day during his diary session. He brought it up the day after that while chatting to his fellow housemates. He brought it up … well, a lot. Not that this would have helped him feel better, but Miracle OP had a theory:

Despite his perceptive comments to Marvin, Miracle OP has shown himself to be remarkably blind to certain signs, like when Jaypee was giving him every kind of green light to go ahead and plant a kiss on her lips, and he totally failed to notice. Either that, or the man just didn’t want to, but that’s hard to believe since he had only just planted his hand down the front of her shirt. Take a look for yourselves:

We won’t go on about the existing ships in the house, but – clearly – catching feelings can be tricky. The guys had just that conversation just a few nights ago:

On the subject of relationships (or lack thereof), Olivia was annoyed with her partner, Juicy Jay, after he told Big Brother during their diary session that she has her eyes on Thabang. When it went down, both of them burst into a fit of giggles, but Olivia’s smile didn’t last long, as this awkward moment makes clear:

The iconic Saturday night party saw Kanaga and Justin showing off their dance moves, while Ebubu's moves kept everyone entertained. Juicy Jay could be seen having a lekker time, ,inging and dancing; while Miracle OP gave everyone a good rendition of South African dance moves.

We now find ourselves on Day 21, moments away from the fourth live show of the season, and its second round of evictions. At least two more people will be making their exit, so get those dials set.
