Confident and all dressed up. Sheba didn’t come to play as she walked in ready to face the day. Shortly after the morning workout, she called the Housemates for a meeting. Before the meeting started, a housemate noted that she is already embodying the role of Head of House (HoH).
08:00 am – Tram says Sheba’s fit for the HoH role
Post-workout, Keivo told Oyin that Temi Nkem sized him up. Later Bells and Keivo have a banter: she says that he organised the suitcases in a certain way because he has OCD. Bells and Flora joined Mercedes in the bedroom where she was doing her stretching.
Tram told Sheba that she's settling in with being the HoH. She agreed and said she has that dog in her. Cassi joked that Sheba was crashing out and she disagreed with him.
Keivo did his skincare routine and one of the serums burned him. Barry helped him to cool it off by fanning his face. Araga was feeding Goddessa noodles in the kitchen.
09:00 am – Housemates get serious about the wager presentation
Before the meeting is called, Bells is seen sleeping on Yusuf’s chest.
Sheba called the housemates downstairs for a morning meeting. Oyin and Flora danced to the music that Biggie had been playing in the house. Keivo was cleaning the lounge area.
The meeting starts. Martins told the housemates to be serious about their wager presentation.
Later, Chimsom Chuka said that someone ate his HoH treat and he asked HoH Sheba to address it.
10:00 am – HoH puts her foot down
Martins talked to Sultex about the opening of the wager, and he explains how things should go.
When the meeting resumed, Sheba said that the housemates are disrespecting her and disrespecting Big Brother Naija and the show. She said they agreed to practise and they are not. She warned that she is going to write a list of people making the show boring.
The housemates start practising for the wager. One by one they do auditions for three judges (who are also housemates).
11:00 am – Ricky speaks his mind
Ricky is first to go into the diary room. He tells Biggie how exhausted he is. He also revealed that he is not happy with how the wager preps are going.
Ricky also said he feels that the housemates don’t like him, he thinks they want him out of the house. He also spoke about how he feels about Chimsom Chuka and the new HoH, Sheba.
12:00 am – Temi Nkem gets emotional
Temi told Biggie that Neche’s story about losing her father, triggered her. It took her back to when her mother had an accident at their home and had to be hospitalized. She explained how the accident changed her family’s lives.
She admitted that she is tired and asked Biggie for HoH challenges that are not so physical intense, because she would not be able to win them.
1:00 pm – Yusuf talks about Bells and his father
Yusuf told Biggie in the diary room that the wager helped him see his future as a casting director. He found today’s auditions interesting; he enjoyed seeing people who have never acted, shining in acting. He said that the mood in the house today is cooperative, tired and anticipative.
He saved Martins, Gerard and Bells during Nominations. He’s been rooting for Martins and Gerard, because they share the same dreams. He saved Bells, because he likes her.
Yusuf spoke about his father being a hardworking man. He mentioned that he hasn't expressed how much he loves or appreciate him. He hopes his dad feels seen and appreciated.
2:00 pm – Housemates hurt Oyin’s feelings during conspiracy hour
Oyin said that people don't like her in the Big Brother Naija house and she was so hurt yesterday when she found out about this. Oyin said the conspiracy corner made her see that people don't like her, because they didn't call her. She called Flora, Bells, Mercedes and Sultex her people.
Oyin spoke to Biggie about how her housemates eat a lot and said that their food potions are a lot; it overwhelms her.
Sultex said in his diary session that it seems people don't think he’s serious, because he is a dancer. He likes competition and he was so down when he lost the HoH during the first week, thankfully Oyin was there to calm him down. Sultex also told Biggie that he doesn't like his hair.
3:00 pm – Conspiracy hour revealed a lot
In Neche’s diary session, she spoke about the issue she had with Ricky. She said she saved Tram yesterday, because he’s like a bestie to her. She called him “cocky”. She also saved Cassi because he makes her laugh. She wasn't surprised that the house didn't save her. She feels she may intimidate a lot of people.
Gerard was also not surprised about no one in the house saving him, but he admitted that he was a bit let down.
About the showcase, he said it was interesting to see all the housemates come out and be very vulnerable with them. Biggie also gave Gerard props on his performance the day before.
4:00 pm – Keivo doesn’t care about what people think
Keivo sees the new HoH as bossy. He explained Sheba came to his room to tell him that his room needs to be cleaned up. He felt it's not fair because he cleans up after himself. According to him, the new HoH is no different from Chimsom, but lacks a bit of fairness.
About the housemates not saving him, he said he wasn't surprised at all. Keivo said that the people who think he has OCD can keep their impression. He's a clean person.
5:00 pm – Garden chats, cosy moments and quiet advice
The housemates gathered in the garden for a relaxed afternoon filled with conversations on everything from house chores to personal relationships.
Cleanliness once again became a topic of discussion, with Neche expressing her frustration about constantly having to wash the dishes.
Gerard and Kamsy appeared comfortable in each other's company as they shared a lounge chair, adding more fuel to ongoing conversations about if they are in a ship or not.
Meanwhile, Abi and Ricky had a heart-to-heart. Ricky insisted that he has no particular clique in the house and genuinely means well with everyone. Abi, however, advised him to take things easy.
6:00 pm – Brutal opinions and friendship politics
Bells had an honest conversation with Yusuf, telling him she felt he had been largely invisible in the house and was only just beginning to be visible.
Flora and Oyin settled into a gossip session where they discussed Abi. During the conversation, Flora took a swipe at Abi's physique, making unflattering remarks about her appearance.
The conversation then shifted to friendships in the house, with Oyin admitting she was content with her current circle. She told Flora that the people Flora has introduced into their friend group had all ended up showing her “pepper," and she’s in no hurry to expand her circle further.
7:00 pm – Tears in the garden
Sheba spent some quiet time alone in the garden, doing laundry before settling into one of the lounge chairs. Moments later, she became emotional, shedding tears as she softly sang to herself.
The reason for the tears remains unclear, but it raises the question: is the pressure of the house beginning to weigh on the first female Head of House in the Show Ya Sef season?
Shortly after, Biggie introduced a fun, light-hearted task called ‘Protect the Granny.’ The game featured one Granny, five Defenders and six Attackers. The Attackers' mission was to throw as many balls as possible into the Granny's suit, while the Defenders had to protect their Granny by blocking the incoming balls without making physical contact with the Attackers.
The Head of House was responsible for ensuring the game ran smoothly, everyone participated, and Biggie's property remained undamaged.
8:00 pm – The house goes all out to protect the granny
The ‘Protect the Granny’ game got underway, turning the lounge into a playground of laughter, dodging and friendly competition.
Cassi and Mercedes took turns wearing the Granny suit as the Attackers relentlessly tried to land their shots, while the Defenders did everything they could to shield their Granny. The result was a hilarious chase that had the entire house fully immersed in the fun.
9:00 pm – Sweet moments
After all the excitement, the mood shifted as a few heartwarming moments unfolded around the house. In the kitchen, Keivo and Temi Nkem shared a sweet moment, holding hands while Keivo prepared dinner.
Meanwhile, in the bedroom, Bells and Yusuf enjoyed a light-hearted chat as Yusuf joked about the nose injury he sustained during the ‘Protect the Granny’ game, giving the pair a chance to unwind after an action-packed evening.
10:00 pm – Dinner is served as wager prep continues
Keivo wrapped up cooking and began serving soup to the hungry housemates, bringing everyone together for dinner after a busy day. Preparations for the upcoming wager presentation continued, with Goddessa, Gerard and Sultex working on the house's theme song.
Martins and Yusuf had a chat where Yusuf revealed what he looks for in a partner. While he admitted looks aren't everything, he also confessed he doesn't see things working long-term with Bells.
