They went on to talk about Chizoba agreeing that she's beginning to "unleash", with Mayor Frosh resolving to try and catch her again for another one-on-one discusion. They wrapped up their conversation with Toby Forge revealing that he is targeting Handi, and he advised Mayor Frosh that he get close to Toyosi too, but should move carefully when "riding that road".
