One moment Sheba and Tram were talking about the previous day’s events and the next moment they got mad at each other. It seemed as if Tram started questioning their friendship. He then had a conversation with Ricky about it. Here’s how the day went down:
8:00 am : Tram upsets Sheba
Tram and Sheba were in the Kitchen preparing breakfast and talking about events that took place the day before.
Their conversation took a turn, because Tram said he didn't find it funny that Sheba was laughing when Temi Nkem was asking people about her stolen BB Bucks yesterday. Tram asked Sheba if she was laughing because she thinks that he took the BB Bucks? Sheba told him to calm down and she added that it's not that deep.
Sheba told him that she was just laughing because the thief (Temi Nkem) had her BB Bucks stolen. Sheba asked him if her only crime was laughing?
She said to Tram that she's not his shadow and that she is her own self. She added that he's doing a lot for the camera these days.
Shortly thereafter, Sheba walked out of the Kitchen and walked upstairs to the Closet area, still shouting things because she was upset with Tram.
9:00 am : Ricky sides with Sheba
Tram started talking to Ricky about what just happened between him and Sheba. Ricky said Tram should understand what Sheba is saying: she's her own person and he can't tell her how to react to certain situations.
He insisted that Sheba always comes off as she's scolding him every time she's talking to her about things. Ricky told Tram that Sheba really tries with him and Tram acknowledges this. Tram said the love for Sheba is still there but is it still worth it? Sheba is still shouting in the background (from the Closet) and Ricky told Tram that he always wants his people to always side with him, even when he's wrong.
Tram said they're still fixing the bridge and Sheba is now dancing on the bridge that's being fixed.
The rest of the housemates went back to bed after the morning gym session. Oyin is in the Garden getting her makeup done.
10:00 am : Time to get ready
Biggie started playing music in the House. Sheba is in the Closet area dancing while getting dressed.
Biggie announced that the housemates should move into the Garden area and close the door.
11:00 am : Bluethopia talks about Keivo’s shirt
Biggie announced that the Garden door may now be opened. Flora stayed in the Garden, helping Oyin with her makeup. Aikou and Tram were sleeping.
Bluethopia and Sheba were sitting in the Games Lounge. Bluethopia speculates that Keivo will probably come back to say goodbye to them, she said he can't just leave.
Sheba vented, saying she doesn't understand how she's always Tram's target. She told Bluethopia about her fight with Tram earlier today and touched on the fight of last night between Tram and Keivo. Bluethopia said that thing Tram has done, he will do another one again.
Sheba said apparently Tram was the one who offered to give Keivo the white shirt. According to her, it was for meant the MIPOW voting. Bluethopia chipped in and said then Tram decided he's not going to give Keivo the shirt anymore.
Bluethopia said she saw Keivo with that black shirt last week when he was in the Loft. According to her, Keivo slept in her bed with that shirt. She said Keivo said he has never washed the shirt. She told Sheba that if it was Tram's shirt and he (Keivo) didn't know, he (Keivo) would have said something.
12:00 pm : The housemates talk about Keivo, Tram
Temi Nkem was upstairs in the Closet area, getting dressed. She then went to the Orange Bedroom and found Bluethopia talking to Barry. Temi Nkem gave Barry and hug. Barry said he hopes Keivo is okay.
Barry noted that Bluethopia's lipstick has smudged and asked her who has she kissed? Bluethopia laughed and said she drank tea. She added that who can she kiss because her baby Keivo is not here.
Flora joined the Barry and Bluethopia for a bit. Flora said she's not good (about Keivo) not being there. She told them that she prays he won't leave permanently. Bluethopia said Keivo was angry yesterday.
Sheba and Temi Nkem are sitting at the dining table and Sheba updated Temi Nkem about her argument with Tram earlier. She still insisted she will laugh if something is funny and she found that moment funny when Temi Nkem was asking about her BB Bucks funny.
1:00 pm : Diary sessions start
Ricky is the first one in the Diary Room. Some of the questions Biggie had asked him was what the mood in the House, how he felt when his name was called on Sunday during the Live Eviction Show, and what he would consider a personal victory if he did not win the show's ultimate prize.
Ricky told Big Brother that every Sunday he has hears his name being called in his head during a Live Eviction Show, but then Ebuka doesn't call his name. He said when he heard his name last Sunday and he had walked out of the House, he wondered what Barry did in the Diary Room that Monday. He added that he was making plans of how to navigate being back in the real world.
According to Ricky, he did think he was going to get this far (to be a finalist). He added that everyone wants to get as far as possible in the game.
Biggie asked if he doesn't win, what would be a personal victory? Ricky replied it would be the fact that he didn't get disqualified, had no multiple strikes and the fact that he made it to the end.
About what he'll miss most about living in Biggie's House: Ricky said he'll miss his butter. He uses it a lot in the House. He added that of course he has it at home as well. Ricky also said he'll also miss just being in Biggie's House, because he struggles to adapt to spaces and when he does, he has a hard time leaving that space.
Ricky told Biggie that he will miss the women in the House (he called them eye candy) and he'll miss the guys and the Ninjas.
Bluethopia’s diary session was next. She told Biggie that she doesn't have any worries for this week and she expects it to be the best week.
She said she didn't expect to be here until now and that she gave herself to be there until Week 4 and by Week 6, she was emotional.
About how she felt when she thought Ricky, Tram and Temi Nkem were evicted, Bluethopia said she didn't feel much for Tram and when they returned, she was like it's okay. She was happy for Temi Nkem's return because she has made the past two weeks nice.
Her personal victory is being in the House because there were many people who auditioned for the show. She has learned to be more patient in the House.
About what she will miss most about living in Biggie's House, she said she'll miss the Blue Room. She won't miss going to the gym. Bluethopia added that she'll miss Biggie's praises and said he criticises with so much care.
Bluethopia walked out of the Diary Room and found Sheba and Temi Nkem in the Main Lounge. They asked Bluethopia how her diary session went and they wanted to know if Biggie asked about the fight yesterday? She said no and added that Biggie just asked about the mood in the House. Temi Nkem spoke into the mic and said "Biggie, ask me! I got gist for you," and Sheba laughs.
Tram was talking to Oyin in the Garden. She noted how everybody was now getting along with each other and then this (the fight) happened.
2:00 pm : Aikou got emotional during diaries
Aikou was next in the Diary Room. Biggie asked Aikou what happened to his hair? Aikou said he took it out, because he was grieving and it was one of the best ways to show that. He told Biggie that he's down because of friend Keivo. He explained what he thought about the whole thing (Tram and Keivo) and broke it down to Biggie.
Aikou started crying and Biggie gave him a moment to compose himself.
Aikou said he's thinking about something to say to Keivo when he finally sees him again. He highlights the bond they had.
About what he thinks about coming this far in the game, Aikou said he'd be lying if he'd say he didn't think about coming here to win the money. He told Biggie that when he was the Gambit, he stopped thinking about getting to the end because he was going straight to the finale. He added that after he stopped being the Gambit, he always hoped that he'd reach the finals.
About how he felt when Ricky, Tram and Temi were fake evicted, Aikou said he felt Tram and Temi Nkem were appealing to the population somehow. He felt that Temi Nkem leaving was definitely a surprise and in spite of the surprise, there was a bit of relief, because he stood a better chance to win.
About his thoughts when they returned, Aikou said he was happy to see them. He added that just because he wanted to win, it's not a loss if another person wins.
He said he was happy especially for Ricky because he feels like Ricky really wanted to finish the race.
Aikou said that a personal victory for him in the House was that he was able to test himself.
About what he'll miss the most about Biggie's House, he said it would be to actively engage in people's skills. He added that he'll miss the people, although he's not sure if he willing to open up a chapter with some of them except for the selective few.
Barry, Bluethopia, Sheba and Temi Nkem are in the HoH Loft, chatting.
3:00 pm : Temi Nkem is in the Diary Room
Temi Nkem told Biggie that she is happy, blessed and grateful because she did not think she would last this week in the House. She added that she is the finalist and now there is less competition.
She said to Biggie that she tried her best in the Head of House (HoH) Challenge. She added that she is glad Barry won it because of the stress the HoH comes with it.
When Biggie asked her what she will miss the most about the House, she said she will miss the cuddles, the food supply and that singing inside the House. She also said she will miss her people and hearing Biggie’s voice. She added that it is okay because she came here alone.
Tram told Oyin in the Garden he hopes his mom was not watching yesterday because her blood pressure would go high. He said he hopes she was proud of him on how he handled the matter.
4:00 pm: Big Brother addresses the housemates
Ricky was cooking in the kitchen while the housemates slept. Biggie then called the housemates to the lounge to address the house. In his address, he stated that Keivo has been disqualified from the Big Brother Naija Show Ya Sef house following an incident last night that escalated from a disagreement into physical violence.
Big Brother confirmed that Keivo was identified as the perpetrator of the violent act and was subsequently removed from the house and disqualified from the competition. Addressing the housemates, Big Brother reiterated that no disagreement, accusation, or personal grievance justifies violence, stressing that every housemate is responsible for their actions and will be held accountable for their choices.
5:00 pm: Housemates receive a brief
The Keivo situation stayed on the housemates' minds. However, things took a turn when HoH Barry called the housemates into the lounge for a Shaltoux Task Brief read. After the read, housemates chose their teams via a lucky dip. The teams were as follows:
Team Soothing (Team Lemon): Bluethopia, Ricky and Barry.
Team Refreshing (Team Orange): Temi Nkem, Flora and Aikou.
Team Warming Relief (Team Ginger): Sheba, Oyin and Tram.
Housemates then began prepping for the task.
6:00 pm: Songwriting is in full force
The housemates cooked and ate. Everyone also collected their merch and changed, then the teams got to work. Sheba sang the song she had written to her team, while Bluethopia sang lyrics for Team Soothing, and Team Refreshing sat down to discuss their song.
7:00 pm: The Shaltoux task begins
The housemates moved to the Arena, and each team took turns to play the first game: The Shaltoux Flavour Hunt. Team Refreshing went first, followed by Team Soothing and then Team Warming Relief.
8:00 pm: Team Warming Relief wins
Game Two was a quiz, and for the final game called My Voice, My Identity, each team had to present the song they had created. After presenting their songs, the final results came in, and Team Warming Relief (Team Ginger): Sheba, Oyin, and Tram emerged as the winners with 41 points in total.
9:00 pm: The What Big Brother Ordered vs What Big Brother Got task
Tram, Oyin and Barry traded jokes about their "marriage" and about Barry and Bluethopia's closeness, with Barry insisting Bluethopia is his friend. Barry later called the housemates to the lounge for a task brief read called What Big Brother Ordered vs What Big Brother Got, where each housemate watched their profile-shoot clip, reflected on it and their learnings in the house, and then their fellow contenders debated on whether or not Biggie got what they promised.
Aikou went first. He said he had not expected a wager, and that hugging women, which he once found difficult, now comes easily. He said he is proud that his personality has not changed. Tram said Biggie got more than he expected from Aikou.
Barry's clip drew applause. He said he expected a competitive experience and mentioned Goddessa as his first safe space. He said the kitchen was never in his plan and that he now loves the parties.
10:00 pm: Verdicts on Bluethopia, Flora, Oyin and Ricky
Temi Nkem and Tram agreed Biggie got what he ordered with Barry. Bluethopia's clip followed. She said she thought the show would be fun with no ups and downs, and that she would have suffered in week one without Barry. The housemates said Biggie did not get what he ordered, and Bluethopia joked that she never said she would be a baddie.
Flora's video drew applause, and Temi Nkem and Bluethopia teased her about her boyfriend claim. Flora said she never thought she would cook or face so many games, and that she has stayed herself throughout. Bluethopia said Biggie got what he deserved, and Barry said: "mostly yes".
Oyin said she tried at first not to be herself but then changed course. She said she does not let issues slide and that she learned patience, crediting Aikou for often telling her to calm down. Flora said Biggie got what he ordered, while Sheba said the housemates could not tell because Oyin had promised a strategy. Oyin replied that being a finalist was all that mattered.
Ricky's clip was next. He said he came in expecting energy and never wanted to make friends, and that the environment and food were harder than he expected. Bluethopia said Biggie got half of what he ordered.
11:00 pm: Sheba, Temi Nkem and Tram reflect on who they became
The clip session rolled on into the night with Sheba going next. After watching her profile shoot, she said her intentions had been genuine, and she had stayed herself. She admitted she had expected the experience to be harsher, but found everything bearable. Sheba said she had lived up to what she promised, and that she could not blame the house for anything. She also said she should not have mentioned her child so early, but that she is happy with the person she has become. Her message to her past self was that she would be a finalist, after going through certain things first. Tram teased her over the relationship talk, while Barry said she looked like a celebrity. Tram agreed that Biggie got what he ordered.
Temi Nkem's clip was next, and Sheba joked that the house had destroyed her accent. Temi Nkem said she came in "for the sake of coming" and never promised a strategy. She said she takes losing games easily and is still the same version of herself. She admitted her parents had told her to learn to cook and that the kitchen now sees plenty of her. Temi Nkem said she is happy with who she has become and cannot wait for life outside. The housemates agreed Biggie got more than he ordered, with Tram quipping that he got one and got one for free.
Tram closed out the task. He said he had come in expecting to enjoy himself and never imagined doing things like Arena games. Tram said he had planned to stay only half the show, with winning the money being a bonus, but now he finds himself in week 10 and winning in the Arena. He admitted he had flirted as promised and dropped his outside standards. His one regret, he said, is the amount of aura he has lost in the house, though he is grateful to have made it this far. The housemates agreed Biggie got what he ordered.
