Season 10 housemates have spent the week preparing a production to truly Face their Fears. The challenge? To deliver a 20-minute spooky story with various characters confronting their deepest anxieties. Despite the effort, both teams ultimately fell short, losing the Wager Presentation.
Group 1, aka 'A Night in Citrine Room' kicked things off, asking the haunting question: “Do you want to believe in false evidence appearing real, or do you want to face everything and rise?” Group 2 aka 'Death Reading' followed with their own eerie tale, featuring a group of friends who found themselves at the wrong shop.
While Biggie deliberated, housemates treated viewers to a thrilling dance-off. You can vote for your favourite group based on their Thriller performances here.
Rooboy and Koyin agreed that both teams delivered stellar performances, from their stage presence and costumes to props and timing. Big Soso, Tracy, and Doris received flowers in recognition of their efforts, but Biggie was quick to burst the collective's bubble.
Bright Morgan and Doris’ act felt “unnatural” to Biggie, with some notes about prop usage. Death Reading started strong, piquing curiosity with creative storytelling and clever use of a tarot card. Imisi earned her flowers for portraying a convincing witch, while Sultana was praised for fully embodying her character. For Biggie, however, Death Reading’s story “started with a bang and ended in a whimper.”
Despite the loss, Doris and Jason Jae remained upbeat, proud of delivering a seamless presentation free of shouting or mistakes. Doris and Sultana also celebrated receiving their flowers in the arena.
The wager loss, however, left Sultana and Big Soso questioning their direction in the house, wondering if they were truly fulfilling their purpose in the game.
