-Do have realistic expectations of your partner: What makes us exciting as human beings is our uniqueness and this enables us to learn a thing or two from each other. This is also true for intimate relationships, instead of putting pressure on your partner, appreciate them for who they are.
-Don’t rely on your partner for your happiness: The misconception is that as people we complete each other but you should be complete when you go into a relationship. This will help you avoid making the mistake of putting the responsibility of your happiness on your partner.
