Having witnessed the greatness that was Riona, it was no surprise that fans were super excited for the premiere of another epic saga on AM Showcase. Itura premiered amidst high expectations and judging by the reviews, it lived up to them. Fans enjoyed every single every moment.

They were particularly captivated by the opening montage and it was a delight to watch.

That wasn’t all that piqued fans' interest from the start of the show. There was more. The opening scene was quite a sight. Nothing quite prepared fans for the intense intimate session they witnessed. The session was of the fast and furious nature between a man known as Odejinmi, the sword of the king, and his lady friend. What a way to put his sword to use! He did go chop someone’s head shortly after, but that’s another story.

As with all epic shows, one of the most fascinating aspects of it is the soundtrack. Itura didn’t disappoint. As a matter of fact, they came correct judging by the reactions of the fans.

Not only did the fans fall in love with the soundtrack, but some also found a few interesting characters to crush on.

Overall, the first episode was thoroughly enjoyable. From the actors to the costumes and music; the fans totally ate it up.
