Rosy Meurer teaches us a thing or two about pepper flavoured shade served on a Nollywood platter.
Rosaline

Having shown no signs of slowing down (we thank the gods for her velocity), Rosaline Meurer is a ball of sass with just the right amount of controversy. Totally submerged in spark and drenched in talent, this Gambian born looker is definitely an industry fave.

With just enough Nollywood titles under her belt, Rosaline nominated Toka Mcbaror’s Merry Men: Yoruba demons as one that sticks out like a sore thumb thanks to all the buzz and eye candy… go figure. Having blossomed from humble modelling beginnings (a torch first lit by her Dutch father), acting came along at just the right eclipse and groomed her into the starlet we’ve come to love and obsess over.

Now, to the pinch of controversy. No stranger to the Nollywood Drama breweries, Rosaline was accused of playing bootlegger and collecting someone else’s liquor from ‘right under their nose’; but as Uti put it firmly, “no one gets stolen unless they want to” biko!

Though “all is well that ends well” isn’t always the case, we’re glad we’re still served steaming hot scenes plated by your truly and between kissing ‘boy-next-door’ Kunle Remi, sending ridiculously peppery IK Ogbonna on market errands and palming Bolanle, our girl ain’t stopping here. Kudos!
