Three of Naija's fast rising stars joined forces for a shoot that's making waves on social media. The first is the 'fair baron', Jon Ogah, a musician and reality TV star. He's best known for not only stirring up trouble in the Big Brother Naija House (as a fake Housemate) but also melting the hearts of many watching (and TBoss too... oops!). It's no wonder his social media following went from just over 6 000 before the show to 126 000 currently.
His infectious, acoustic bop, 'Uncle Suru' has also received wide acclaim. Much like his co-models however, it's his good looks and epic Instagram posts that have earned him a reputation as a style icon and landed him a place on this cover.
Nonso Bassey is also no stranger to lovers of Africa Magic. He made a name for himself and won over thousands of fans as part of team Patoranking on Season 1 of The Voice Nigeria. He hasn't slowed down since and recently had the privilege of opening for Nigerian, Afro-pop, icon Asa.
His character, Dr Emeka Kalu, also made his debut on Africa Magic's hottest new show, Battleground this week and he already has the ladies on and off camera shook! Nonso is quite the IG affecionado too and looked every bit the pro as he smoldered on the set of the shoot.
Joining Jon and Nonso was Ed Izycs, a young jazz artiste with an enchanting smile and dimples gallore. He's also a versatile flautist, pianist and video director. His debut effort, 'Celebration' saw him fuse a diverse array of genres such as jazz, classical and rock winning him high praise from many purists for the complex arrangements he pulled off.
He sites Greek pianist Yanni as his biggest influence. As far as style goes, Ed effortlessly goes against the grain constantly pulling off a look that blurs the lines between preppy and eclectic.
We think these three did a stellar job! Let us know if you agree down below. Show them some love with a follow and don't miss #AMBattleground tonight at 20:00 WAT to see Nonso Bassey in action.
