Big Brother Naija Housemates are known to be multitalented. They thrive and dabble in various fields, and acting is one of them. These six Housemates have graced our screens and starred in the following fantastic Africa Magic shows.

Dilemma

This action-packed show focuses on the story of two estranged lovers. The cast features Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye Housemate Maria Chike Benjamin. She plays the role of the older Noelle, a scheming, calculated woman who would do anything for her son.

Hustle

Once you live in Lagos, you'll understand what 'hustle' represents! Hustle is Africa Magic's first 'Dramedy' series that tells the story of Dayo, a naive yet optimistic man who moves to Lagos with hopes to blow. Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem star Tobi Bakare plays 'Tobi' a young, independent UK returnee.

My Flatmates

If you love a good laugh and some chaos, you will love Africa Magic's, My Flatmates. This comedy series documents the lives of four friends that live together. It features an all-star cast of accomplished comedians including Basketmouth, Senator the Comedian and Okey Bakassi. Former Big Brother Naija  Pepper Dem star Frodd Okoye got the chance to realise his dream of wanting to act when he joined the cast in season four.

Tinsel

This show is a favourite in Nigeria. It's an Africa Magic drama series that tells the story of two rival film production houses. Jaypaul, a former Big Brother Naija Season 6 Housemate, plays the role of 'Adu', a charming young man who might have a crush on 'Shoshanna'.

Unmarried

The journey to happy-ever-after can be long, but it's always better with friends. Unmarried shows the story of three friends who have been unlucky in love but support each other. The star-studded cast includes two former Big Brother Naija Housemates: Venita Akpofure and Pere Egbi, who end up in a love triangle.

Biggie will certainly be putting the new recruits through various Tasks that will showcase their talents and, we have no doubt that we will see some of them gracing our screens in the future too.

Big Brother Naija Season 7 starts on Saturday, 23 July, from 19:00 WAT on Africa Magic Showcase, Africa Magic Urban, and Africa Magic Family channels. It will also air on the 24-hour channels 198 on DStv and 29 on GOtv. Fans across Africa will also be able to stream via African online streaming service, Showmax.
