Head of House (HoH) is the most notable title in the Big Brother House. The position comes with supreme power, as well as perks like Immunity from Eviction, Nomination swaps and much more. As we look forward to more daunting Tasks and exceptional leadership in Season Four, let’s take a look at what went down on BB Naija: Double Wahala.

Reigning Supreme

Tobi’s reign as HoH came quickly, when he became the first to mount that position. This was a great feat, as the competition among the Housemates was fierce. That macho man sure knew how to get what he wanted. He wanted the crown really bad and did what he had to do to get it. It came as no surprise then, that he would go on to get a shot at power, four more times.

Power and Animosity

Who could ever forget Cee-C’s dethronement as HoH just within two days of being crowned? She probably could have retained the title if she hadn’t insulted her crush, Tobi. It was a triumph for Alex, who really didn’t want Cee-C to be HoH, when she stepped in to continue her reign, after Nina’s decline to take the position due to her health. But somehow Biggie came to Cee-C’s rescue when she was eventually given the chance to be the new Head of House on the ground of having the least record.

Nina’s Turn to Shine?

And then Nina became HoH. After Biggie’s instruction that a new Head of House be chosen within one minute, Cee-C showed interest, but Alex and Tobi considered her unfit for the position. They felt she would cause more ‘Wahala’ in the House. But the question is, could Nina’s turn as HoH be regarded as victory over those who’d earlier underestimated her? Anyway, her reign soon ended abruptly when Biggie told the Housemates to appoint the HM who hadn’t yet held the position for long.
