The Fear Of Strikes

The Fear of Biggie’s Strikes is indeed the beginning of wisdom. The Pepper Dem Gang have taken a cue from Tacha and Ike. So rather than getting at each other’s throats as they always do after the Party, they instead directed their energy on making each other laugh. From a talk on Nollywood to Ike and Elozoman serving us gist about their acting career, it’s a new after-party vibe. Biggie’s Strikes must have echoed in their ears as they controlled their tongues and, of course, anger.

Crickets And Hush

After what she felt was way too much time in the Garden, Venita told Mike, Sir Dee and Elozonam that they should all head to bed. In response, Mike asked everyone to keep quiet and listen. After some seconds, he said “crickets” which cracked Sir Dee and Elozonam up. The look on Venita’s face showed her displeasure with that remark. But what could she do about it? Who dares to challenge the lion king when he talks? To spice it up, he looked at Venita and further said, “Why are you announcing it?”  

A New Regime

It is interesting to see how much fun being the HoH can be. We have Khafi to thank for this. Apart from her hugs after a battery change, she appears to be the only Head of House who is not authoritative. In the lounge, she was seen with a pen and paper writing down the cleaning roster for the day. If you saw her, you might think that the cup of Khafi was playing out her high school days where the captain had to write down the name of the noisemakers in the classroom. Well, that’s Khafi’s reign, a blend of diplomacy and fun.  

The Mess

Someone had messed up the room and Venita made it her sole mission to be the reporter on the scene with the breaking news. Here’s how it all started. Having had too much booze, Ike had threw up in the room.

This action irritated all the Housemates, especially Mike who asked, “Next to my bed?” The next thing we saw was Venita cleaning the mess, not after chiding the gangster of course. Mercy joined in to help clean up her boo's mess. Venita's kind deed didn't go unnoticed, you saw it too. 

An enraged Mercy told Venita that the reason she scolded Ike was not that he puked, but the fact that he blamed her for taking the bucket away when he needed to throw up in it. All this while, Ike was already in bed listening. Shortly after Venita left, Mercy joined him in bed and just like lovebirds that never stay mad at each, Ike told her “Thank you, sweety. Sorry about what I said.”
