Day 60: Acting to the grindstone.

24 March 2017
The Housemates give it their all for their directorial debut.
Bisola Arguing TBoss 2

The Housemates showed their intent in winning their Wager by putting their all into an intense day of: "Light's, Camera ,Action!" They spent most of the day working hard on their viral video, "The Gathering." This didn't stop TBoss and Bisola discussing the director, Bassey's shyness, with TBoss dubbing him "pepper boy."

They had decided to make their viral video about the divorce of Nigeria's favourite married couple, Marfe. The synopsis was that we had now fast-forwarded three years to Efe's infidelity and the once happy couple were to end up in divorce. TBoss and Debie-Rise played the friends of the spurned wife, Marvis and they let everyone know his misdemeanors.

Fatigue set in as the Housemates took every chance they could for a bit of shut-eye. Marvis called the film-making process, "sweet pain." They also got the opportunity to listen to the song they had recorded a few days previously with Don Jazzy. They all predictably loved it and gushed over Don Jazzy's studio prowess. This weeks video Task has certainly brought out some hidden talents in Bassey and Bisola; both expressing a desire to learn more about the film making-process. The only Housemate who wanted to do more was TBoss who lamented that she hadn't had enough time to play around with the cameras.

Biggie asked the Housemates what colours and numbers they felt most represented them which got some interesting answers. An old sore erupted again as Bisola and TBoss went at it again with Bisola wondering if she did, in fact, bully TBoss. Some of the Housemates admitted that she did often discounted TBoss's ideas but accepted the same idea from somebody else. TBoss said that she and Debie-Rise had not had any time playing with the camera and really wanted to but had kept quiet.

The ongoing bad-blood was left to fester as there was no resolution once they all knuckled down to work more on completing their viral video. The Housemates filmed long into the night and they still are to find out if they have done enough to win this week's Wager. What do you think? Do they deserve a 100% success rate on the evidence of today? Let us know what you think.
