Daniella speaks with Adekunle as she tries to navigate her situationship with Dotun.
Adekunle and Daniella

In the early hours of the morning, Daniella expressed her feelings about being Dotun's and Khalid's second choice and how unhappy she was about it.

Adekunle approached Daniella after the Pool Party was over because she appeared to be lost in her thoughts. She acknowledged that some of her emotions were a little out of place, but her main concern was the fact that she was Dotun and Khalid's backup plan. She told Adekunle that Khalid had liked Doyin at first, while Dotun had liked Ilebaye hence the reason why she felt like a second choice.

Adekunle, however, opened another wound when he told Daniella she had no self-control. This statement visibly hurt Daniella and Adekunle quickly apologised for it. Daniella in response let it be known that she had been taunted with that statement by other Housemates such as Allysyn and Doyin. Adekunle continued by warning her not to let the impressions the Housemates had of her get to her.

Daniella made another attempt to explain her situation by mentioning her feelings for Khalid and the fact that she felt some sort of way for being the only Housemate to have experienced two ships in the House. In conclusion, Daniella believed she was the one with a problem that had to be fixed.

Adekunle gave her advice to not be too hard on herself and to not listen to other people's opinions because that is what causes them to say inappropriate things to her. Additionally, he informed Daniella that she should speak with someone outside the House since, in his opinion, she is not as clueless as she believes.

Adekunle advises Daniella

Does this mean the Doniella ship isn’t going to set sail? We are not sure but a conversation between Daniella and Dotun might be coming up soon.
