Day 53: Highs and lows

News
10 September 2020
We are in week eight of the Big Brother Naija Lockdown House and the Housemates are moving between low and high moods.
Highs and lows

The theme in the House this week is kindness and teamwork which is fitting with only nine of our faves still remaining. The evening was quiet, with many conversations taking place in various corners of the House.

Drinks after the rain

The garden doors were open after the Task presentation, Trickytee and Laycon got some drinks and snacks for everyone out of the HoH lounge. The Housemates bantered about sexual activities, putting Prince and Dorathy on the spot separately. Soon after, Vee told the crew about a phenomenon called chickenpox parties- where parents made sure children all caught chickenpox at the same time.

Neo loses his appetite

It seems the thoughts were so deep that Neo lost his appetite. While in the garden, before their rehearsal this evening for their Suits presentation, Ozo and Nengi tried to cheer Neo up and get his mind back in the game. Ozo reminded him that he must just remember to have fun in the House.

We are all low

Kiddwaya joined the group and expressed how the mood, in general, was so low. The group agreed that their mood would probably pick up after this evening as the geng usually look forward to the weekend where they can catch cruise until Sunday. The mention of Sunday, of course, led to a conversation about Evictions and how some Evictions shocked them.

A slight tension

Vee and Nengi had a very slight exchange of words in the kitchen that at first seemed like nothing. It started when Vee kept mentioning that their Team did not Win the Wager because Ozo was fraternizing with the enemy. What we learnt was that in fact, this fight had its roots in a prior incident where Nengi damaged Vee's belongings.
