Held in Lagos, this season saw our Judges uncover the best of the worst with Auditions that have been as memorable as they come.

Our tuneless hopefuls for this season are now competing for the Wooden Mic trophy, and guess what? YOU get the chance to crown the winner! Starting NOW, you will get the chance to select the funniest and most entertaining of the season. Doesn’t this sound like so much fun?

Here’s how to select your Wooden Mic winner:

  • Go to the Wooden Mic category on the official Nigerian Idol website. You will be able to select on web and mobile.
  • You’ll find all the Wooden Mic candidates arranged according to the episode they auditioned in.
  • Watch all the Wooden Mic finalists and select your favourite on our website or our mobi site

*Please note that you only get 10 selections per platform (web and mobile) from week 1 - week 4, so choose your favourites carefully.

The Wooden Mic selection will run for the duration of Nigerian Idol Season 6 and the Top 10 will be chosen according to your favourites. On the other hand, you can keep enjoying more Wooden Mic Auditions moments on Idols Extra (DStv Channel 198).
