This week, the Love Guests got to see first-hand five incredible dishes from Kano State and it was about bold flavours and local tastes. It will be part of the food festival coming up this Saturday too.
The meals made up a well-rounded and nutritious feast: tuwo shinkafa (rice meal), miyan gyada (groundnut soup), miyan kuka (Baobab leaves soup), kubewa (okra soup), gullisuwa (milk balls), and dan wake (beans).
By the looks of things, even the audience enjoyed the cooking class!
