With Jidenna’s guidance, Chizoba, once known only as “the madman,” finally uncovered the truth about his past. The finale of Africa Magic Showcase’s Etiti saw him reclaim his heritage, reunite with his people, and ultimately ascend the throne as King of the Obanyanwu Kingdom.
Chizoba chooses Chisom as his queen
During the coronation, Ogbuefi Dike reminded the kingdom that no King can rule without a Queen. After receiving Jidenna’s blessing to be with Chisom, Chizoba publicly declared her as his chosen partner.
The announcement shocked Chisom, but with heartfelt encouragement from her mother and Orieanya, she accepted, sealing a new chapter of love and leadership.
Love wins
Peace and prosperity followed. Chizoba and Chisom’s love flourished, and so did their kingdom. The couple welcomed two beautiful children, naming one of them Jidenna — a tribute to Chisom’s first love and the guide who shaped Chizoba’s destiny, ensuring his memory lives on in this world and the next.
