Biggie’s House is certainly not for the unwilling to either be or stay fit!
Every morning, the Housemates have been going through their paces with the daily morning workout, since day one, which saw the then HoH Uriel taking them through the session, despite the gloomy weather that day.
We’ve seen quite a number of hectic routines that have left several Housemates in pain and looking like they were about to pass out. One unusual routine introduced early in the game was the hoisting and use of other Housemates as dumbbells, as some of the guys would use some of their fellow Housemates, such as Soma and Marvis.
Lately, we have seen a few of the ladies taking lead in the sessions, as the number has reduced week after week, due to the Evictions. Bisola, Debie-Rise and Marvis have had a go at taking lead lately and we’ve seen quite a number of more relaxed or dance oriented moves.
The day after the last Eviction before the Season Finale saw the last man standing, Efe, stand out among the ladies, Debie-Rise, TBoss and Marvis, as Bisola led the session. It was a light workout, with mainly stretches and a few dance moves oriented exercises.
It’s just a matter of a few days till the winner is announced. The Housemates are taking it easy lately, understandably so, for it has been a long and eventful journey.
