Picture this: Immaculate tailored Nigerian traditional attire, glittering cocktail party dresses, body-hugging-floor-sweeping mermaid dresses, avante garde gentlemens suit and of course Ebuka leading the faishion highlights with two black and white ensebles. The housemate's confidence came was met with a grilling from the seasoned host about strategy, (situation)ships and what they came to do in Biggie's House.

Their responses spoke to this year’s theme: Show Ya Sef.  Of the 24 housemates we have actors, content creators, entrepreneur, fashion designers teachers, pharmacits, IT-gurus, choreographers and a married woman!

This year each of the housemates are competing for the winner’s prize: 160 million Nigerian Naira in prizes. They will try to survive more than 70 days in the Big Brother Naija house.

Falz The Bahd Guy kicked off the show with a who performance of his hit “Na Je”. Later the night,  Ycee performed “Leave Me Alone”.

A Ninja Reveal

This season, Biggie's Ninjas gave us a POV tour of the house. From the Main House to the Arena, the reveal was giving big, bold, colourful and beautiful. You can sucked in by the wall-to-wall design or the interesting artwork. It is meant to give the new housemates a happy space.

Housemates stepped into the Show Ya Sef house, some eagerly introducing themselves, others sat quietly on the couch and a male housemate, Sultex, chose to give guided tour to the  female housemates entering the house after him. This house must be comfortable because housemates were already walking barefoot and the ladies had their wigs off! Clearly the housemates are home.

Compliments, handshakes and jokes filled the room and it's evident that the Show Ya Sef housemates have warmed up to each other. Ebuka closed off the show with a warning: “If you are dry, you can’t fake it. Collectively, if your show is dry, it’s on all of you.”
