News11 September 2026
Bag of Tricks week lives up to its name as Biggie returns several missing items, leaving the housemates shocked and pointing fingers at the Gambit.
men and women shocked to see missing items

After Thursday’s wager loss and pool party, the housemates woke up to a new day with no idea Biggie still had another trick waiting. Items that had mysteriously disappeared at different points in the season suddenly resurfaced, sparking shock, and plenty of accusations as the housemates tried to figure out who had been behind it all.

Here’s how Day 47 is unfolding.

8:00 am: Yoga, MIPOW campaigning and food worries

The housemates started the morning with a yoga session in the arena before returning to the house to prepare for the day.

In the closet area, Keivo joked with Sheba and Yusuf about the MIPOW race. He encouraged Yusuf to go clean the kitchen while he went back to sleep, prompting Yusuf to list some of the chores he had already done. Yusuf said that he wanted immunity so his fans could finally rest.

Keivo also started campaigning for himself, asking Sheba to vote for him.

Later in the kitchen, Aikou and Keivo discussed their food situation after losing the wager. Keivo listed what was left in the house, while Aikou complained that other housemates had hidden several food items.

Keivo eventually told Aikou to wake him in an hour so he could prepare a proper breakfast.

9:00 am: Cleaning begins

While some housemates slept, Tram distributed fresh batteries.

Oyin complained to Aikou that the bathroom smelled like “male urine,” which left Aikou laughing as he asked when urine started having a gender.

Biggie later played music into the house, with Yusuf enjoying the sound while getting dressed.

House cleaning also got underway as Tram and Yusuf gathered rubbish around the house and Aikou washed the dishes.

10:00 am: Abi gets Barry duty for the day

Biggie counted down and instructed the housemates to gather in the lounge.

Abi was missing, prompting Sheba to ask where she was. Biggie called HoH Tram into the diary room and instructed everyone else to freeze.

Tram later found Abi asleep on a garden couch and brought her back to the lounge. As the last housemate to arrive, Abi had to pick a box.

Her message instructed her to choose one housemate to attend to for the entire day, and she selected Barry.

In the garden, Abi asked Barry what he wanted to eat. When he mentioned wanting to do something nice for himself, she said that she would simply take some rice out of the fridge for him and that was the nicest thing he was getting from her today.

Ricky and Yusuf had a chat, with Yusuf admitting he struggles badly with games. Ricky also spoke about Abi, saying they had become closer recently and that Temi Nkem told him Abi had been talking about him in the Loft, although he now feels she is avoiding him.

11:00 am: Yusuf campaigns for MIPOW as Ricky flirts with Oyin

Yusuf continued his MIPOW campaign by asking Bells if she would vote for him before quickly saying he was joking.

The two discussed possible housemates who might support him, and Yusuf revealed that he had already spoken to Sheba and a few others. He even asked Bells to speak to more housemates on his behalf.

Meanwhile, Ricky turned his attention to Oyin, complimenting her eyes.

Oyin brought up some of the women Ricky had been linked with in the house, but he brushed it off and claimed he was not there to do anything with anyone before quickly adding, “except Oyin.”

Flora repeatedly dismissed his attempts to flirt, while Ricky insisted he enjoys speaking with Oyin because she maintains eye contact.

Oyin accused him of lying, saying other people do the same, but Ricky disagreed.

12:00 pm: Biggie’s bag of tricks reveals the missing items

It was time for another Bag of Tricks surprise.

Tram was the last housemate to arrive in the lounge, which meant he had to pick a box.

Inside were several items that had mysteriously disappeared from the house at different points in the season, including Keivo’s missing shoe, wrappers, underwear and a dress.

The reactions were immediate.

Flora’s face said plenty, while Sheba admitted she had not even realised her dress was missing.

Bluethopia and Sheba quickly suspected the Gambit, although Tram insisted they were not responsible.

Tram later opened another box in the kitchen and discovered that the housemates had won treats and snacks, much to Abi’s excitement.

In the kitchen, Chimsom Chuka, Keivo and Sheba discussed the reactions to the returned items and the accusations aimed at the Gambits.

Chimsom Chuka argued that if he were a Gambit, he would not have spent time fighting with the HoH. Tram jokingly claimed he was the Gambit, but Chimsom Chuka immediately dismissed the idea.

Bells, Chimsom Chuka and Keivo chatted in the lounge about how much tougher the competition has become. Their conversation turned to tonight’s arena Games, with Chimsom Chuka saying he is determined to go for the win. Keivo made it clear he wants it just as much.

1:00 pm: Custard reviews, friendship friction and missing items

Temi Nkem brought Barry some custard in the closet area, but the reviews were not encouraging. Barry and Bluethopia tasted it, with Bluethopia even stepping away to spit hers out because she felt it was not properly done.

Keivo was also asked to taste it, while Barry admitted Temi Nkem had made much better custard before. Temi Nkem later tried to get Tram to taste it too, but he refused.

Barry and Chimsom Chuka had a conversation after Chimsom Chuka complained that comments about “The Polygamist” were ruining things for him. Barry apologised, and Chimsom Chuka went on to vent about Bluethopia’s reaction.

Tram also raised an alarm over a missing shirt, while Flora complained that her wrapper had still not been returned. Oyin joked that if anyone touched her clothes, the whole house would end up naked.

2:00 pm: Sheba and Tram clear the air

Bluethopia, Flora, Oyin, Temi Nkem and Tram revisited the subject of Temi Nkem and Tram’s kiss.

Temi Nkem said she had only told Keivo and did not understand why the matter kept resurfacing. Tram said Gerard had also spoken to him about it.

After the others left, Ricky asked Tram what the conversation was about. Tram explained that it was about the kiss. Chimsom Chuka, who overheard while playing pool, said that Temi Nkem probably wanted to kiss Tram again but that Tram would chicken out because he had too much to lose.

Tram agreed and simply said, “My wife.”

Later, Sheba and Tram sat down for a deeper conversation about their strained friendship.

Tram said he had noticed a pattern of his friendships being tested in the house and reminded Sheba that he had always supported her. He admitted he has trust issues and said some of her past comments, including calling him a “small boy,” hurt more because they came from her.

He also explained that when he called Sheba desperate to win, he did not see it as an insult. According to him, he becomes wary of people who are extremely determined to win because he fears they may throw others under the bus.

Tram insisted that he does not hate Sheba and never stopped having her back.

Sheba apologised for the words and actions that made him feel hurt. She clarified that her comments were not about his age and said she has always taken their friendship genuinely, even though their conversations have shown that they are very different people.

Tram closed by reminding her that there was never a time he did not have her back.

3:00 pm: YuBells gist and housemate ratings

Abi, Bluethopia and Temi Nkem discussed how far they would go sexually in the house, with Temi Nkem saying kissing is as far as she would take things. They also talked about how they would handle a leaked sex tape, agreeing they would rather own the attention than act ashamed. The conversation later shifted to the dresses they made for launch day.

Tram and Sheba talked about using people as part of the game. Sheba said that is not how she plays, while Tram said he does not see anyone worth using. He also admitted that although he had wanted to sleep with Sheba, he has a wife.

Upstairs, Bells and Yusuf revisited their party dynamics. Yusuf complained that Bells often stops dancing with him, while Bells said she had been upset because he spent time entertaining other people instead of coming to her. Yusuf said he thought she was avoiding him, and the two shared a brief kiss.

Yusuf then started describing different housemates. He called Abi rude and disrespectful, Aikou very smart, Barry selfless, Araga a loverboy with a sexy body, Bells someone with “two left legs,” Bluethopia talkative, Chimsom Chuka competitive, Flora different, Oyin loud, Ricky lazy, Sheba a cougar, Temi Nkem cute and himself stupid and stubborn.

Ricky pushed back after hearing the “lazy” comment, saying Yusuf only called him lazy because he does not want to play childish games.

4:00 pm: Prep for Arena Games begins
Sheba and Tram continued to chat about their friendship, with Tram opening up about why he was angry and how the guys in the house agreed with his point of view on things. In the Orange bedroom, Yusuf, Ricky, and Keivo chatted about past wager presentations. Keivo also brought up his missing shoes, which Biggie returned. He stated that while he initially thought Bells took them, he now believes The Gambit was the one who stole his shoes, and he has plans to get his revenge. The housemates then received their branded outfits for the Betpawa Friday Night Arena Games and were immediately told to change.

5:00 pm: It's time for the Betpawa Friday Night Arena Games
Housemates were asked to head to the Arena, and the games began. For tonight's games, the Show Ya Sef housemates had to play four rounds and earn as many points as possible in each game within 6 minutes. The housemate with the most points overall would be crowned the winner. The first game was "Jack Jaw," followed by "Lucky Fall," then "Bounce Along," with "Over the Pit" as the final game. Ricky was the first to play the games, followed by Temi Nkem, Chimsom Chuka, Flora, and then Aikou.

6:00 pm: Arena Games are still in session
More housemates take turns competing: Oyin, Tram, Sheba, Keivo, Bluethopia, Yusuf, and Bells play next, in that order.

7:00 pm: Keivo wins
Araga, Abi, and Barry were the last housemates to play, followed by the winner announcement. The first runner-up spot came down to a tie between Ricky and Chimsom Chuka, but Chimsom Chuka was faster and claimed the spot. Keivo was crowned winner of tonight's Arena Games. After the celebrations, housemates returned to the house, where they continued celebrating Keivo's win and discussing how everyone performed.

8:00 pm: Trick or Treat?
HoH Tram asked the housemates to gather in the lounge for a read from Biggie. Big Brother informed them that he has a Trick or Treat awaiting them, but to access it, they must look the part: dressed in black with a touch of white. After the read, housemates immediately started getting ready.

In the kitchen, Tram opens up to Barry, admitting he never expected to win HOH. The two discuss how gaining visibility on the show matters more to them than winning the prize money.

Ricky and Bells have a sit-down where they discuss who the strongest female on the show is; Bells names Nomy and Temi Nkem. They also talk about who they think The Gambit is — Bells is adamant it's Flora, and Ricky agrees. Bells also opens up about her fallout with Oyin and Flora, and exactly what led to it.

9:00 pm: A night of tricks begins
Biggie asks the housemates to gather in the lounge before heading to the Arena. There, he treats them to a thrilling circus performance featuring jugglers, fire-eaters, cyclists, acrobats, and even a magician. The housemates couldn't stop reeling from the epic showcase.

10:00 pm: Housemates learn a few tricks
Once the performers finished, they invited the housemates to learn and show off a few tricks of their own. Chimsom Chuka, Abi, and Keivo attempt backflips, while Oyin and Chimsom Chuka are taught how to juggle. The housemates also enjoy the food provided and a card trick showcase from the magician. Once done, they head back into the house — but just as they settle in, Biggie calls them back to the lounge, where Araga is given a trick: to make the housemates laugh.

11:00 pm: Late-night conversations across the house

Keivo tells Sheba to talk about the evicted housemates. While Abi and Ricky share a moment. She tells Ricky she's now cool with Aikou. Ricky says it's important to study people, adding that he's also on good terms with Aikou. Abi says the two of them used to be friends and that she knows a lot about him. Abi and Ricky then head to the Garden to continue their chat. Ricky asks Abi about her weight loss journey.

Also in the garden, Oyin chats with Aikou and Flora about her modelling journey and jewelry business.

Chimsom Chuka, Sheba, Tram, Bluethopia, and Barry discuss how different Gen Z is from other generations. Sheba and Chimsom Chuka say it takes effort to understand their emotions, while Tram describes them as very defensive. Chimsom Chuka talks to Barry about how different his and Bluethopia's backgrounds are, noting that things normal to him aren't necessarily normal to her. He says he's interested in exploring something with her outside the house.
