The Show Ya Sef housemates are in high spirits after winning this week's wager under HoH Neche's reign and Sultex's guidance. Following the hectic rehearsals, Day 19 was full of conversations and rest.
08:00 am: Bluethopia and Chimsom Chuka spend time together
Their bond is waxing stronger, and Chimsom Chuka took it even further by asking Bluethopia to be the first female housemate to sleep in his bed. Will she accept the request?
09:00 am: Barry, Bells and Yusuf gist
While housemates prepared breakfast, Barry, Bells and Yusuf chatted about Bells' time in school. Chimsom Chuka and Bluethopia's growing closeness was also a hot topic in Barry and Gerard's chat — Barry jokingly said he hopes they get married soon, if only so they'd stop interrupting his garden snooze. Gerard and Bells also chatted about evictions.
10:00 am: More gisting sessions
While in the bedroom, Goddessa and Sheba chatted about Nomy and Cassi. Sheba stated that she'd heard Cassi and Nomy talking about Goddessa. They dissected Nomy's behaviour and her need for a friend in the house exclusively for herself, though they believe she doesn't have the personality to keep said friend. In the lounge, Barry, Temi Nkem and Aikou also spent time getting to know more about each other.
11:00 am: Garden time
Biggie instructed housemates to head to the garden. While some took the opportunity to catch up on rest, Oyin and Nomy seized the moment to entertain themselves with dancing and music.
12:00 pm: Food goes missing
After enjoying their time in the garden, the housemates returned to the house to find goodies from Biggie. However, just as quickly as the food arrived was how it disappeared. HoH Neche had to call the house to order, telling housemates to ensure they share and stop hiding food. Oyin and Flora shared the same sentiments, with Flora saying if she wins the next HoH games, she'll make sure every single thing they receive is shared evenly.
1:00 pm: Aikou keeps Temi Nkem guessing
Aikou hinted at a private observation he's making about Temi Nkem, refusing to share it, and brought up how she'd called him into her room on their first day, questioning if she's someone who acts spontaneously. Temi Nkem pushed back, doubting he could know her personality after just three weeks. The duo continued to bond and share laughs particularly about Temi Nkem's unique laughter. Chimsom Chuka also probed Sheba about her growing closeness with Ricky, who she confirmed she's been flirting with since last week, crediting him for making the first move.
2:00 pm: Food tensions boil over
While Aikou and Keivo played a game of snooker, frustrations around food sharing dominated conversations elsewhere. Kamsy flagged that eggs had been going missing, while Goddessa expressed exhaustion with the house's behaviour around food, likening it to begging. Sheba echoed the frustration, questioning why everything now needs to be asked for.
Oyin recalled Neche pulling her aside over something Bluethopia had done, expressing confusion over why she was expected to call out her own friend. She also noted the growing territorial attitude in the house, citing an instance where she couldn't cook because an onion "wasn't for them." Yusuf shared a similar experience after being told a loaf of bread belonged to Abi, vowing to start making his own food when hungry going forward, and admitted he's tired of how often house conflicts centre around food. Keivo, meanwhile, kept things light, joking that as long as there's bread in the kitchen, he and Ricky are set.
3:00 pm: Ships bond
Several duos had chats in rooms across the house. Kamsy and Gerard discussed relationship preferences and red flags — Kamsy said she's drawn to international partners, while Gerard admitted he's wary of dating someone with a lot of guy friends. They also touched on the wager, with Kamsy questioning why Barry wasn't given the narrator role, and Gerard suggesting housemates need to fight for the roles they want.
Yusuf and Bells kept things playful, chatting about her friendships outside the house before moving on to movies and shows. Goddessa and Araga also had a more reflective moment, with Araga opening up about a past relationship.
4:00 pm – Discussions on food and cooking
Flora, Oyin and Sultex gossip about the food and cooking.
Yusuf and Bells hang out and talk about their past. Bells said her parents gave them freedom when they were young, they partied and enjoyed, but when she stayed alone she didn't go out a lot.
The housemates get ready for the Friday Night Arena Games. The storeroom is open for betPawa merch for the game.
5:00 pm – It’s competition time
Gerard, Ricky, Sultex and Chimsom Chuka played table tennis.
The housemates move into the Arena for the betPawa Friday Night Arena Games.
6:00 pm – The pressure is on
The 12 housemates who completed their puzzle in the fastest time go to the next round. Abi, Cassi, Chimsom Chuka, Temi Nkem and Goddessa start the next round in the Arena Games. The housemates had to blow a cup using only their breath from one point to another. Only seven housemates qualify to the next round: Keivo, Tram, Neche, Abi, Barry, Sultex, Cassi go to the next round.
7:00 pm – HoH Neche wins
Tram, Keivo, Neche, Cassi and Sultex were in the next round. They had to throw bean bags in a cabin. Only the bean bags that made it to the cabin will be counted. The participants had to earn their points.
In the end, Keivo and Neche made it to the top two. Neche won the Friday Night Arena Games. The housemates go back inside the house and they hug her to congratulate her.
8:00 pm – Barry and Goddessa get cosy
Goddessa and Barry had a heart-to-heart in the Garden Area. Barry told her that every time he comes to her it's like his chasing Araga's girl. Goddessa said she's not asking him to chase her. She added that if he doesn't chase her in the house what makes him think that she will give him attention. Barry replied that he would find her, he would go into Instagram and stalk her page down to the last picture. They started talking about Goddessa's childhood.
9:00 pm – Barry and Goddessa chat about the future
Araga came to bring Goddessa and Sheba food while Goddessa was sitting with Barry. When they were on their own again, Barry told Goddessa that he wants to be a father, she said she wants kids.
Abi and Nomy hang out. She told Nomy about followers and said she was joking about wanting a lot of followers, they were saying she's greedy. Nomy said there are people who come with different beliefs and Abi responded by saying people are crazy.
10:00 pm – Barry clocks Goddessa; Neche clocks Barry
Barry told Gerard that he will focus on Neche. They were referring to the fact that Barry has been giving a lot of attention to Goddessa. Barry told Gerard that he feels like Goddessa is using him as a strategy. Barry said Neche is his type.
Meanwhile, Neche was chatting to Bluethopia about Barry giving Goddessa food to eat. He passed Neche with the food and said it was for Araga, but she knew it was for Goddessa. Neche was shocked that he ignored her.
11:00 pm – The besties catch up
Goddessa gets a turn to chat to her bestie, Sheba, and she said Chimsom Chuka wanted to talk about her being in a triangle. She also told Sheba about how she spoke to Barry about being friends. Goddessa revealed to Sheba that Barry said he masturbated with her in mind.
Gerard chatted with Temi Nkem about the situation with Kamsy. He said he wanted to remove himself in the Blue Room because he felt that Kamsy was playing him and Chimsom in the same room.
