Richard Evans Eyimofe Damijo was born on the 6^th of July 1961 in Warri, Delta State to a family of 18. He had his primary and secondary education in Warri, and then proceeded to the University of Benin where he majored in theatre arts. In 1997, he enrolled in the University of Lagos to study law and graduated in 2004.

He has appeared in over a hundred films including Out Of Bounds, Hostages, and Private Sin amongst others. Popularly know as he RMD, he plays the role of Bem Tsenogu in HUSH.
