Ever since Rejoice disappeared, leaving her son, Frank Jnr, in the care of Frank and Isabella, the once-smooth relationship between the couple has taken a complicated turn. What began as a gesture of support has slowly become a source of strain neither of them saw coming.
Isabella reaches her breaking point
Carrying the weight of looking after a child who isn’t biologically hers has taken a toll on Isabella. The freedom she once enjoyed feels out of reach, and resentment has been quietly building.
It all comes to a head when she confronts Frank publicly, right in front of his friends. In a moment of frustration, she hands Frank Jnr over to his father and insists he take responsibility for his son’s care. Frank is shocked, but the message is clear: something has to change, and fast.
Frank makes a move
Determined to ease the pressure, Frank decides to hire a babysitter, but not just anybody. He turns to a trusted, long-serving staff member who happily agrees to take on the role and promises to look after Frank Jnr for as long as needed. Could this be the solution they need? Is this the step that finally helps Frank and Isabella rebuild their relationship and find their balance again?
