Ichie Onyema kidnaps Amaka

Ichie Onyema drugged Amaka in her home and held their son hostage. When Uche arrived, Ichie Onyema confronted him at gunpoint, vowing to make him watch as he harmed Amaka and the child. Uche pleaded for their safety, but Onyema’s heart was set on revenge — the same revenge that once led him to frame Uche for a crime he didn’t commit, all to satisfy his greed and tighten his hold on the scrap-metal world.

An unexpected helper

Unknown to Onyema, Amaka’s brother, Chibuzor, was returning home and overheard the commotion. Panicked and unsure of what to do, he sought help from his friend, Small Bullet. At that moment, Uzoechi called, trying to reach Uche after receiving notice from the police. Chibuzor revealed everything, and Uzoechi immediately alerted the authorities.

Chibuzor breaks in

Worried the police might not arrive in time, Chibuzor decided to act. He broke into the house, sparking a struggle to restrain Onyema. Police arrived just as gunshots rang out. Uche, having managed to disarm Onyema, nearly retaliated, but officers urged him to let the law take its course. With enough evidence to convict Onyema, they intervened. While Uche, Amaka, their son, and Chibuzor survived, tragedy struck: Small Bullet was fatally hit during the confrontation.

Ichie Onyema gets the ending he deserves

Now in police custody, Ichie Onyema was found guilty of illegal scrap dealings and murder, earning a life sentence. In the aftermath, love found space to bloom as Uche asked Amaka to be his wife.
