The pressure was on, but this time, the housemates delivered when it mattered most. After last week’s disappointing wager loss, the housemates knew they had something to prove. From early morning rehearsals to late-night brainstorming sessions, they pushed through exhaustion, disagreements and moments of doubt in a bid to get their presentation right.
And when they finally stepped into the arena, it all came together. The housemates showed Biggie and themselves that they could turn the chaos into something worth celebrating.
8:00 am – Barry cooks for Araga and Goddessa
Barry made a hearty spaghetti meal this morning, dished it up and took a bowl upstairs for Araga. He also woke Goddessa so she could eat and asked Bells to come downstairs to collect her and Yusuf's meal. When Barry woke Bluethopia, he told her there wasn't much food because he had prepared it specifically for Araga and Goddessa. Bluethopia asked, "So you made food for Goddessa and Araga?" Barry replied, "Yes, their legs are broken." Bluethopia then refused the food.
Chimsom Chuka asked Bluethopia if she would like him to cook for her and offered to make her a burger. Bluethopia responded by saying she does not like a burger. He then asked if she does not like to have his cooking today.
9:00 am – Araga’s role discussed during Wager preps
Cassi knocked at HoH Lounge’s door and asked Sultex to please come as they are waiting for him for the Wager preparations.
Sheba told Ricky that he is taking Araga's place. Ricky asked who said that and Sheba tells him the directors. Ricky refused the role and said they must remove it.
Yusuf said he is not a good dancer so he would like to stick to his original role. Cassi told Yusuf that he will do it.
10:00 am – Tensions rise as Wager rehearsals start
Housemates are discussing their scenes for the Wager task.
Chimsom Chuka asked if there is someone who can note and make sure that after scene people change to the correct costume. Cassi volunteered to do that.
Neche requested for the housemates on scene one to stand up and be on set. She asked them what the attitude is for because people did not sleep when they were supposed to sleep and now, they are sleeping.
Sheba got upset and said that the dance is not giving. She told the participants that she is not getting it and she wanted to be honest. Cassi agreed with Sheba's point and said that those who are assisting on the side also needs to put on dance moves.
11:00 am – Gerard talks about Kamsy and his trust issues
Yusuf asked the housemates to please try and put on some energy. He said he understand some are injured and they need to rest.
Gerard is the first in the Diary Room today and started off by telling Biggie he wanted to do his diary session yesterday because he was all dressed up. He said he is afraid if they lose the Wager, the housemates will blame it on his idea.
Gerard told Big Brother that his relationship with Kamsy have had their ups and downs. He said it’s been hard trying to understand if this is pure or will this distract him from his game.
He said that Cassi was saved because he is smarter than he lets on. Gerard has found Cassi just staring and believes he is very calculative.
12:00 pm – Bluethopia and Cassi are feeling the Wager pressure
Chimsom Chuka and Bluethopia are making burgers for the housemates. She started serving the food after they are done.
Bluethopia had her diary session. She is not happy because yesterday she lost in the Arena game. She said that Sheba has beaten her twice and she feels it is embarrassing, she is feeling like she is second best.
She said that she hopes the people in the house will work and they win the Wager, otherwise they will starve.
Cassi admitted he is fine but exhausted from trying to get everybody to prepare and do their Wager. He said everybody has been acting nonchalant.
He is happy he was able he show himself as he was directing in their Wager. He said that although he was not close to Mercedes, he was happy she won some games in the house. Cassi said he is glad she was able to show herself in the house for what she is about besides being a pole dancer.
1:00 pm – Chimsom Chuka and Neche get emotional
Chimsom Chuka told Biggie he is doing okay but he is stressed about the Wager. He admitted that he does not take loses very well, especially since he lost two competitions this week. He did not know he is an emotional person and he learned he can control what he can control.
He revealed that he didn’t feel bad about Mercedes leaving the house, said she would eat a lot. He really felt bad for Martins.
Neche didn’t how to describe how life is as HoH is, she is exhausted and she keeps losing her voice.
She said as HoH even people who are her friends are not giving her respect, like Sheba, Goddessa and Araga. She is impressed by Aikou who she was not even close with, he has now became a very good friend to her and said he is very supportive.
2:00 pm – The final rehearsal for Wager
The housemates are move to the Arena for their final rehearsal. They are rehearsing without Goddessa, Neche said she will cover her role for now.
3:00 pm – It’s time for costumes
HoH Neche returned from the diary room with a new benchwarmer apron for Nomy and gives it to her. Nomy said with sarcasm: "I'm so well taken care of".
Cassi called an urgent meeting for the directing team (Chimsom, Gerard and Yusuf). He wanted to see the costumes and make sure everybody is prepared. He asked Gerard where his costume is and Gerard insisted it's upstairs and ready. They then get into finalising things, like the title of one of the acts.
The rest of the housemates are busy getting dressed.
4:00 pm – Wager prep gets artistic
Keivo and Araga got into preparation mode for the wager presentation, with Keivo giving Araga’s body a little artistic treatment through some body painting.
Inside the house, Yusuf asked Bells what she plans to do after the show. Bells revealed that she intends to return to school and further her studies.
5:00 pm – Ricky plays matchmaker
Ricky joined Yusuf and Bells’ conversation and encouraged the pair to get intimate, arguing that life outside the house would be much busier and they might not have enough time to properly connect with each other.
As they discussed the wager, Yusuf said that regardless of the outcome, he planned to have a good time during their presentation.
Ricky, meanwhile, confessed that he planned to rock some ships in the house that night.
Barry and Goddessa shared a cosy conversation that quickly became flirtatious. As they held each other's gaze, Barry admitted that he finds Goddessa very attractive and joked that he could spend the entire year looking at her.
Goddessa reminded him that he also likes someone else, prompting Barry to admit that he has a crush on Neche. He explained that they haven't really spoken and he isn't sure he's the type of man she likes.
Barry continued showering Goddessa with sweet words, leaving her blushing as they laughed and maintained eye contact.
Barry said they seemed to complete each other's sentences, but admitted that they haven't really bonded yet. When Goddessa asked what he meant, she made it clear that she was open to getting to know him better.
As Barry moved closer, Goddessa continued to explain that she values having her wishes respected and described herself as a free bird.
6:00 pm – Housemates reflect on loss and victory
As they waited to present their wager, Goddessa, Barry, Yusuf, Sultex, Gerard and Ricky had a heartfelt conversation about death and the losses that have affected them.
Goddessa opened up about a particular loss that deeply affected her, admitting that she was left with so many questions and struggled to believe what had happened.
Yusuf and Bluethopia had a conversation about Chimsom Chuka’s winning streak. Yusuf asked Bluethopia how she felt watching Chimsom Chuka continue to win challenges. She responded that Chimsom was “for the boys.”
Yusuf admitted that Bluethopia herself has been quite surprising, and she agreed that even she was shocked by how things had turned out.
7:00 pm – It’s showtime! Wager win secured
The moment had finally arrived. The housemates headed into the arena for their wager presentation, ready to put all their rehearsals and preparation to the test.
The presentation was short, but Biggie had plenty to say afterwards. He once again called out the housemates for failing to think outside the box, challenging them to bring more creativity and originality to their presentations.
However, there were also moments of praise. Biggie commended Sultex for delivering as a dancer and for successfully turning some of his fellow housemates into dancers. Yusuf, Barry and Tram were also recognised for their contributions to the presentation.
Then came the verdict - They won the wager!
After the sleepless nights, intense rehearsals and plenty of disagreements, their efforts finally paid off.
8:00 pm – Neche celebrates the wager win and calls for unity
Back in the house, HoH Neche congratulated everyone on securing the wager win, with a special shoutout to Sultex for his contribution.
She reflected on the challenges of leading a large group, admitting that being HoH often comes with the temptation to try to control everyone. Neche said she felt the house had invested so much into this week’s wager and that losing would have broken her heart, especially considering the injuries some of the housemates sustained during rehearsals.
She reminded everyone that their attitude towards the wager needed to change because it was a collective win or loss. Neche urged the housemates to put their differences aside and work together as a team.
She also admitted that some of the people closest to her in the house had made her feel bad during the week, but encouraged everyone to move forward.
With the wager victory secured, the party brief arrived and the housemates quickly switched gears, getting ready to celebrate.
9:00 pm – Party mode activated!
It’s officially party time! The housemates got ready to let loose after a stressful week, with pizza already on ground to kick off the celebrations.
10:00 pm – Pool party vibes
The pool party was in full swing, with the housemates letting loose and giving us plenty to talk about. Araga and Goddessa were on each other on the dance floor, while Chimsom Chuka and Bluethopia also enjoyed a cosy moment.
Kamsy and Gerard turned up the heat with some energetic moves, while Yusuf and Bells were inseparable, dancing closely and enjoying the party together.
11:00 pm – Post-party debriefs and loyalty talk
The pool party came to an end, but the housemates were still buzzing from the night’s energy. Back in the house, they settled down to eat and have general conversations.
Oyin and Flora naturally slipped into gossip mode, analysing the various shenanigans that unfolded in and around the pool.
Cassi and Nomy had a heart-to-heart, with the conversation ultimately coming down to loyalty. Nomy made it clear that she wants Cassi to stand firmly behind her and have her back, rather than remain friendly with people she doesn't get along with.
All housemates are up for possible eviction this week, except Head of House Neche, The Gambit Aikou and Flora, Chimson Chuka voted Most Influential Player of the Week and Bleuthopia and Cassi who were saved by the House Nominations.
