Day 32 Live Updates: Housemates dance their way into wager day – BBNaija

News27 August 2026
Wager presentation day is here, but the pressure is not stopping the housemates from giving us a mini dance fest.

Thursday night’s pool party may have started a little early in the Show Ya Sef house. With the wager presentation only hours away, Sheba, Goddessa, Flora, Oyin and Sultex made the most of the music Biggie played into the house, putting rehearsals and pressure aside for a few dance moves.

The mood is upbeat, preparations are underway and Biggie’s kids are clearly in good spirits. Here is how Day 32 is unfolding.

8:00 am: Morning music sparks an impromptu dance session

After spending 30 minutes in the gym, the housemates returned to tidy up and prepare for the day. Flora caught up with Aikou and told him she would like to have a conversation once he had rested.

When Biggie played music into the house, Flora, Goddessa and Sheba immediately caught the vibe and started dancing. Upstairs, Sultex was also enjoying the music before heading downstairs to join Flora and Oyin on the dance floor.

9:00 am: Wager preparations continue as the vibes stay high

The music kept playing as preparations for the wager presentation intensified. Abi got to work on the sewing machine, putting together outfits for the presentation, while Flora asked Sultex to teach her a few dance moves in the closet area. Goddessa and Sheba also focused on costumes, measuring and cutting fabric ahead of the task.

In the kitchen, Ricky fried chips while HoH Chimsom Chuka prepared breakfast.

10:00 am: Chimsom Chuka reflects on leadership and wager tensions

Diary sessions began with Chimsom Chuka, who named Tram, Ricky and Nomy as some of the most difficult housemates to work with during wager preparations. He said he has approached his second HoH reign differently, choosing to be more diplomatic after realising he sometimes spoke out of turn during his first.

He praised Bluethopia, Sheba and Goddessa for being especially helpful and revealed that he is now on speaking terms with Oyin, having realised that some of their issues were simply misunderstandings. He also said a recent conversation with Flora made him realise they have more in common than he initially thought.

On Cassi’s eviction, Chimsom Chuka admitted he did not see it coming and considered Cassi one of the strongest players in the house. He said they had built a connection and admired Cassi’s willingness to push himself.

When asked which animal identities suited the housemates, he picked Goddessa for her intelligence, beautiful voice and mysterious personality. He described Gerard's Lion identity as a force to be reckoned with, while saying the Parrot fit both Sultex and Temi Nkem because of their energy and personalities.

Barry’s identity as a Chicken, however, left him less convinced. Chimsom Chuka described Barry as a nice guy who sometimes seems afraid to step on people’s toes.

He also told Biggie that one of his biggest lessons in the house has been patience, before ending his session by wishing Bluethopia’s mum a happy birthday.

11:00 am: Bells questions Chimsom Chuka’s leadership

Bells was next in the diary room and admitted that wager preparations have taken a toll on her, though she feels she has played her part.

On Cassi’s eviction, she said they were not particularly close, but she still felt bad because they had started talking more towards the end of his time in the house.

Bells also shared her thoughts on Chimsom Chuka’s second HoH reign, saying he appears more relaxed than during his first. In her view, his stricter approach previously got better cooperation from the housemates, while the current approach has made things harder to manage.

On the conspiracy hour, Bells said she enjoyed it because she was saved, but noted that some friendships, including Tram and Sheba’s, appeared to take a hit.

When asked which animal identity best matched a housemate, she picked Oyin’s leopard, describing her as intimidating and confrontational.

Araga followed and told Biggie that the week had not been going well for him, starting with the HoH challenge where he felt the first game hurt his chances.

On Cassi’s eviction, Araga said they were not close and he did not feel strongly about his exit. He praised Chimsom Chuka as a leader who inspires others to do well.

Araga described the conspiracy hour as mind-blowing and revealed that not choosing Goddessa was part of his plan. He added that she remains his “Day 1” and someone he would pick any day.

For the animal identities, Araga said Goddessa suited the Owl, Sheba works as the Lioness, and Temi Nkem matched the Parrot.

12:00 pm: Sheba and Goddessa keep the vibes going

Sheba and Goddessa were still enjoying the upbeat mood from earlier, singing, clapping and reminiscing about old-school tunes in the garden.

Biggie later called Chimsom Chuka into the diary room to explain his artwork. Chimsom Chuka said he imagines Big Brother as a community rather than a single person, with a central figure supported by advisers. He explained that the different colours and textures in his painting represent the diverse people and backgrounds that make up the Big Brother experience.

1:00 pm: Yusuf rallies the house for wager rehearsals

Yusuf finished cooking and went to the Loft to call Bells down to eat. After his meal, he grabbed a drum and moved around the house, calling everyone to the main lounge for another wager rehearsal.

The housemates ran through their presentation, with Goddessa taking on the role of narrator.

2:00 pm: Final rehearsal begins

The arena opened for the housemates’ final rehearsal ahead of the wager presentation.

While the others focused on the task, Tram and Ricky discussed Sheba. Ricky said Bells is the only person he truly cares about in the house, while Tram criticised Sheba and admitted he now wishes he had chosen Neche over her.

3:00 pm: Housemates wind down ahead of the wager presentation

The housemates returned from their final arena rehearsal and settled back into the house. Goddessa helped Temi Nkem with a costume fitting, while Tram and Gerard played table tennis. The others cooked, relaxed and prepared for tonight’s wager presentation.

4:00 pm: Wager prep begins

Housemates split up in groups to rest and prep for their wager task presentation. Yusuf and Bells chatted in the orange bedroom, Flora and Aikou shared a moment in the kitchen, and Keivo helped Sheba and Temi Nkem with their animal-face art ahead of the wager task presentation.

5:00 pm: Tram discusses Sheba

While talking to Sultex, Tram states that Sheba has not been able to look him in the eye since Monday's nomination twist. He says not being saved by Sheba really shocked him. The housemates had a brief rehearsal session in the arena and later returned to the house to cook, relax, play games, and do last-minute costume fittings.

6:00 pm: Final wager prep

With the wager task presentation only an hour away, the housemates focused on getting ready.

7:00 pm: It's wager task presentation time

Housemates gathered in the arena and were welcomed by Biggie, who asked them to present their original story inspired by the animal kingdom. However, just as they were about to, drama ensued as Ricky and Tram decided they were going to sit the presentation out, which startled the housemates, though they maintained they weren't going to beg them to participate. The other Show Ya Sef housemates went ahead and presented what they had planned. Once they were done, Gerard was asked to review their performance, which he deemed great but hectic to put together.

8:00 pm: Housemates lose their wager

Biggie then questioned Tram and Ricky on their decision not to join the presentation, and both gave role changes as their reason. They were counselled by Biggie for failing to follow his instructions, and Biggie gave his verdict: the housemates had lost their wager, with Tram and Ricky held responsible. Biggie also gave the entire house a warning for disregarding his instructions and disrespecting him. The housemates were ushered out of the Arena by a Ninja as Biggie stopped speaking to them. Back in the house, HoH Chimsom Chuka, Sheba, Goddessa, and other housemates analysed the presentation and Ricky and Tram's behaviour, before the housemates were urged to get ready for the pool party by a Ninja.

9:00 pm: The pool party begins

The housemates gathered in the garden and decided to make the best of the moment, enjoying the provided food and drinks while dancing and swimming.

10:00 pm: Dancing away the wager loss blues

Even their wager loss couldn't dampen the mood — all housemates snapped out of their funk and ensured they had a blast. Biggie was still not on speaking terms with them, so at the end of the party, housemates were ushered back into the house by a Ninja.

11:00 pm: Flora and Aikou set their Gambit mission in motion

Post pool party, Chimsom Chuka and Sheba discussed holding a house meeting so everyone could apologise to Biggie — they don't love that he's not speaking to the house and are hoping to resolve the issue. Sheba was keen to do it immediately, but HoH Chimsom Chuka pushed for tomorrow morning so people would pay attention. Meanwhile in the lounge, Aikou and Flora shared a cosy chat and giggles, talking about the party, Flora's personality, and more. It seems The Gambit: Flora and Aikou are staying very focused on the mission Biggie assigned to them.

All housemates are up for possible eviction this week, except Head of House Chimsom Chuka, The Gambit Aikou and Flora, Abi voted Most Influential Player of the Week and Sheba saved by the house and HoH Veto Power.
