Day 14 – 6 Aug: Week 2 with the All Stars – BBNaija

News
06 August 2023
The All Stars might have been together for only two weeks, but the house is buzzing like they have been together longer.
Week 2

The second week in the Big Brother Naija All Stars house proved to be nothing short of captivating and entertaining, leaving everyone on the edge of their seats, even the housemates. The week began with a mix of relief and anxiety, as no housemate faced eviction last Sunday, but with the guarantee that at least one person would be bidding farewell to the house on Sunday. As the week unfolded, drama, romance, and unexpected twists kept the atmosphere charged with excitement.

Head of House: Kiddwaya reigns supreme

The week started with Kiddwaya being crowned the head of house and he took the responsibility seriously. His leadership style earned him compliments from fellow housemates, who appreciated his fairness and tact in handling the house's affairs. Kiddwaya selected  CrossNeoenergyTolanibajUriel and as his BFF (Best Friends Forever), forming a tight-knit group.

Fashion theme and wager task

This week's theme centred around fashion, and the housemates were tasked with preparing a fashion line for the weekly wager. While they collaborated to create their showcases, tensions occasionally flared, leading to some conflicts among the housemates. However, their hard work and determination paid off in the end, culminating in a successful and entertaining wager presentation.

Love is in the air

Romance found its way into the All Stars house, with several potential shippers emerging. The week witnessed a few kisses that left fans buzzing. Cross and Ilebaye shared a steaming moment, and Angel and Soma's passionate kiss added fuel to the fire of budding relationships. Additionally, Doyin and Pere were spotted flirting on Day 10, adding another layer of intrigue to the already captivating house dynamics.

The first kiss between Cross and Ilebaye led to a heated confrontation between Angel and Ilebaye, causing tension among the housemates. Cross, in conversation with Venita, described Angel as a "drama queen" and appeared to be wary of her gameplay. As alliances formed and emotions ran high, conflicts became inevitable, and the house became a hotbed of drama. The Saturday night race was no exception, as Ilebaye squared off with her BFF CeeC, Doyin and Princess.

Earlier in the week, the housemates also indulged in some creative endeavours, taking part in painting exercises. Some masterpieces displayed their artistic flair and creativity, while others seemed to be motivated by spite and rivalry. Doyin painted Adekunle's face black and white with red lips symbolising that he is a two faced gossiper.

Twists and turns

As expected from the Big Brother Naija franchise, the second week saw some unexpected twists. A new element introduced was the "pardon me, please" game, which added a touch of excitement to the house dynamics as Soma was pardoned by the housemates, mostly the females. Additionally, a scandalous eavesdropping parrot made its debut, playing back recorded gossip from the housemates with a masked voice.

As the week drew to a close, tension mounted as the eviction night approached. For some of the All Stars, the journey in the house might come to an end. Nevertheless, the second week had already left a lasting impression, with memorable moments of drama, romance, creativity, and unexpected twists, making it an unforgettable experience for both housemates and viewers alike.
