To whom will the Most Influential Person of the Week (MIPOW) votes go to: Bluethopia, Temi Nkem and Tram? This has been the discussion this morning in the House. Temi Nkem and Tram were openly campaigning before MIPOW took place. Here’s how the day went:
8:00 am – A quiet morning
Most of the housemates were sleeping. Sheba got up first and made something to eat. Flora also got up in the Orange Bedroom, dancing a bit to Biggie's music. She settled down on the bed again after the song.
Sheba went to rest on the bean bag in the Games Lounge.
Aikou and Ricky got up. After getting dressed, Aikou was tidying up in the Main Lounge.
9:00 am – The campaigning for MIPOW starts
Bluethopia and Keivo were cleaning the shower area.
Sheba is in the Kitchen, washing dishes.
Tram talked to Keivo about the missing BB Bucks. He told Keivo that Ricky's BB Bucks is missing. Tram suspects it’s one of the girls, he said it's not him, Keivo nor Aikou.
According to him, Temi Nkem is the prime suspect because she said she didn't have any BB Bucks and her locker is close to Ricky's locker.
Tram then went to Ricky to talk about the MIPOW votes. He said it's crazy that Ricky is saying he won't vote for him. Ricky hinted that he would vote for Bluethopia.
Tram is arguing that he has put in the work this week.
He found Temi Nkem in the Blue Bedroom and called her to the side to ask if she took Ricky's BB Bucks. Temi Nkem asked him why he would ask her this?
Temi Nkem was not interested in what he says and started walking down the stairs. He followed her and talked to her about MIPOW voting. Temi Nkem suggested that he should give her money. Tram asked her how much she wants and Temi Nkem said she wants 3K.
He said he'll give her 2K if she give him 5/5 throughout and Temi Nkem wants 2.5K.
Tram then went to sit with Sheba at the dining table and talked to her about MIPOW. Sheba tried to make Tram see why people would want to vote for Bluethopia.
Temi Nkem went to the Garden to talk to Barry, Oyin and Flora to campaign for MIPOW.
10:00 am – Tram is working hard for votes
In the Garden Oyin and Flora roast Barry as he continues to joke about Oyin being his wife. He said Oyin has scattered the marriage so many times. Flora asked him what he likes about Oyin because she doesn't have nyash. Barry said he likes her for her personality and she's a model.
Barry asked Oyin if the marriage is moving forward or what? Oyin said he should ask her lawyer Aikou. Aikou confirmed the marriage is moving forward and they all laugh.
Tram finds Oyin and Flora in the lounge and talked to them about the MIPOW votes. He told them they should not even give Bluethopia a point. Tram said people are rallying behind her because it's her birthday. He added that Bluethopia has told people stories and they are pitying her now.
He said Flora tends to feel bad for people and she needs to cut that, and he needs her.
Temi Nkem overhears the conversation and asked Flora if she lied to her about voting for her? Tram said people are playing dirty. Flora said he shouldn't worry, she got him. Flora and Oyin talked about people voting for either Bluethopia or Tram. They agreed that Aikou and Barry are neutral voters.
Tram and Ricky are in the Garden and Tram is campaigning again. He told Ricky that he was in a terrible accident that put him in debt. He said Ricky he could even Google it or look it up on YouTube.
According to Tram, Bluethopia told Oyin that her house is bigger than Biggie's House. He also said Bluethopia told Oyin that she pays her handler 3M yet she comes here acting broke. Ricky told Tram that she was a better choice (for MIPOW), she’s someone who needs the money more.
11:00 am – Tram makes a deal with Temi Nkem
Tram is standing at the Head of House (HoH) Loft, talking to Aikou and Keivo. He's still campaigning for MIPOW. He told Keivo not to follow Ricky’s lead. Aikou laughed. He asked Aikou to vote for him. Tram said people are playing dirty so he's playing dirty too. Tram reminded Keivo about that white shirt he likes and said he can give it to him if he votes for him. Keivo kept saying, “I got you."
Tram went to talk to Temi Nkem. They're talking about Temi Nkem's earlier suggestion that Tram should give her 2.5K if he wants her to vote for him.
Tram is not convinced that Temi Nkem will vote for him.
Temi Nkem said she could talk to Sheba to vote for him. Tram said if Temi Nkem votes for him, he promises to add an extra 500. Temi Nkem insisted she still wants the money first. Tram said he's going to go upstairs to fetch the money.
Tram returns downstairs and gave Temi Nkem the money and she said no one needs to know about their deal. Tram said she should tell him whatever she wants from the BB Market and he'll get it for her but she should not be greedy.
In the Kitchen, Bluethopia told Temi Nkem that Sheba is voting for Tram. Temi Nkem asked why she is saying that and Bluethopia said she heard something. Barry said everybody will say what they need to say right now. Temi checked in on Barry to see if he's still voting for her and Barry said of course.
Barry and Bluethopia were making burgers for everybody.
12:00 pm – It’s time for MIPOW
Biggie called the houseemates to gather in the Main Lounge for the MIPOW voting. Temi shouted, "Everybody vote for me, please."
HoH Keivo reads the MIPOW voting brief. For each category, they must rate each housemate with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. The highest overall score will be crowned MIPOW tomorrow. A back-and-forth about working hard for MIPOW erupted after the voting process took place. Flora said a person wins because it's their turn to win and added that Oyin was supposed to win that week she lead the Wager. Barry disagreed with her and said it's not just the Wager that contributes.
The conversation went to who put in the effort in the past to win MIPOW. Barry and Keivo said everybody who won was competitive and have put their best.
Flora spoke to Oyin in the Garden about the conversation she had with Barry and Keivo. Barry and Keivo joined them in the Garden.
Aikou’s name was mentioned. Oyin questioned Barry and Keivo about how Aikou won MIPOW that week. Oyin said Aikou didn't win the Arena Games that week, yet he won MIPOW. Barry came to Aikou's rescue. Flora said she doesn't want to hear the word competitiveness anymore.
According to Oyin, Aikou told her that if she wasn't fighting with people, she would win. Barry didn’t agree. He said Oyin always has her hands inside her pockets.
Oyin fired back and said Barry made himself a personal houseboy. Barry and Keivo torment Oyin and sing, "Winner ooo."
1:00 pm – Keivo and Temi Nkem get into an argument
Sheba and Temi Nkem are shocked that Keivo is doing his hair in the Kitchen. Keivo said there's someone who had body hair. Temi Nkem came for him, saying it's crazy how he finds it normal to fling hair in the Kitchen but if someone has excessive body hair it's not okay. She screams at him for it.
2:00 pm – Tram is still hopeful
MIPOW voting is still on Tram's mind. He talked to Flora about it while she got dressed in the Closet area. They talked about Ricky. Flora said Ricky had said he likes Bluethopia a while back. Tram told Flora that Ricky said to him flat out that he won't vote for him. He said it's okay. Tram wants to know how Sheba voted. Flora said she won't tell him and Tram said he knows but there's a way to catch someone when they're lying.
Tram feels like he has a good chance for winning the MIPOW title, if people voted correctly. Tram said he doesn't really care about the money that comes with MIPOW he wants to win it because he put effort.
