From nominations talk to how the house really picks the Most Influential Player of the Week (MIPOW), to wager prep and simmering house rifts — the Show Ya Sef housemates had a lot to say. Here's all the gist:
08:00 am: The day begins
After a pool workout session, housemates kicked off their day. Yusuf heads to the kitchen to whip up breakfast for himself and Bells. HoH Abi and Bells discuss their wager task, with both agreeing it has to be a musical, though Bells wonders how Abi plans to pull the housemates together for it. Abi says she's not forcing anyone; whoever wants in is welcome to join.
Meanwhile, Yusuf, Chimsom Chuka, and Ricky get into a chat about house saves and immunity, with Chimsom Chuka revealing he's never once been saved during nominations. Talk shifts to MIPOW: Ricky says he wouldn't even want the title before the trio call out how the house has quietly turned MIPOW into a dishwashing contest, pointing to Sheba and Barry as winners who cleaned their way to the crown. Their final verdict: it's really about task contribution and staying competitive, dishes or not.
09:00 am: Araga gives Sheba the tea
While doing the dishes, Araga tells Sheba about last night's conversation with Tram, Ricky, and Yusuf, where he was branded a "snitch" for being close to her and sharing things with her. He says he told Ricky straight up that he doesn't rate him or Tram, and that most of the conversation revolved around Sheba and the opinions the guys have formed about her. Sheba's response: people are just looking for something to make them interesting.
Ricky enters mid-conversation, accusing Araga of breaking bro code. The two go back and forth, and Araga makes it clear he couldn't care less about bro code. Sheba pushes back too, pointing out that half the people forming opinions about her have never even had a real conversation with her. Ricky insists he was generalising about girls, not aiming at Sheba specifically, but Sheba wasn't fully buying it, noting how people would rather talk about her than to her.
Things get personal when Ricky brings up Tram, calling him "his boy" and saying Tram reminds him of himself at a younger age, which is why he keeps it real with him. Sheba, meanwhile, opens up about how hurt she was when Tram flipped the script on her, calling her fake; she says it stung because she genuinely thought they were close. Sheba also asks Ricky which eviction shocked him, and he said Cassi, while for Sheba it was Goddessa’s.
10:00 am: Yusuf and Bells resolve their issues
Bells tells Yusuf she doesn't think they're good because she disrespected him. Yusuf says he hates disrespect, and when Bells tries to explain herself and apologise, he tells her she doesn't need to justify it. Bells admits her wrongdoings, and recounts the statement she made that caused the issue. Yusuf says the comment was unnecessary and repeats that he doesn't accept disrespect as it creates distance between them, but he'll be fine.
Ricky checks in on Oyin after she finishes her makeup, and she says she's feeling weak. He tells her he's been thinking about leading the wager, but the idea of sacrificing sleep is what's holding him back. Still, he's open to joining in and having fun with it.
Sheba, Chimsom Chuka, and Bluethopia get into a food chat, comparing notes on meals they've tried in the house. Chimsom Chuka admits he'd never tasted some of the dishes before coming on the show, prompting Bluethopia and Sheba to tell him he needs to visit Abuja to really enjoy the food. The conversation drifts into how fun it's been learning about Aikou's background.
11:00 am: A quiet house wakes up
Yusuf checks on Flora, who isn't feeling well; she thanks him for looking out for her. He heads to bed for a nap, and Bells joins him shortly after.Oyin walks over to the evicted housemates' pictures and has a quiet moment with Sultex's photo, telling him she misses him, before heading to the kitchen to find something to eat.
Barry gets ready for the day while Keivo hypes him up, calling him the finest boy in the house. Oyin dances around the kitchen, and Barry wanders over to join her. Keivo wraps up his own get-ready routine, and Barry and Oyin take a moment to look through the evicted housemates' pictures together. Temi Nkem wakes up and goes straight for a long hug from Barry, before heading over to give Sheba one too.
12:00 pm: Wager talk is in session
Bells, Chimsom Chuka, Barry, Sheba, and Keivo trade ideas for the wager while waiting for the rest of the housemates to gather in the lounge. Abi shows off her tricks playing with apples, and Keivo attempts a handstand — both get a good reaction from the group. Sheba jokes that Aikou will be playing a lion for the wager, and Abi tries to help him nail his trick.
Oyin and Nomy get into a conversation in the Garden about how Abi changed her approach to the wager at the last minute. The pair also discuss how Sheba's group outnumbers theirs and how whoever that bigger group votes for as Most Influential Player (MIPOW) is likely to walk away with the title.
Flora joins Oyin and Nomy, and Oyin points out Bells waving a piece of paper around, clearly angling to lead the wager in what looks like a bid for the MIPOW title. Back in the lounge, the wager brainstorming continues with Ricky offering to handle presenting and miming, while Bells takes charge of the planning and writing up the full prop list for the wager. Oyin, Flora, and Nomy get into more house gist, with Oyin and Flora pointing fingers at Bells as the root of the friction between Abi and Nomy. Oyin adds that Bells was also behind her earlier fallout with Chimsom Chuka.
1:00 pm: The truth or trick game
Yusuf and Ricky head over to pull Oyin, Flora, and Nomy into the wager meeting, but Oyin wasn't having it; she points out that the group didn't listen to her last week and didn't even show up, so this time she's doing things on her own terms. Flora backs her up, adding that Bells should get a turn to speak this week since she didn't get one last week.
Yusuf comes back to the lounge frustrated over Oyin, Flora, and Nomy choosing to sit the meeting out, telling the others they'll just have to have fun and prepare to lose. Bluethopia warns that they won't eat if they lose the wager. Ricky suggests they just go ahead and assign roles to the three without waiting on them.
Abi then calls everyone to the lounge for a task read. Big Brother introduces "Magic Monday" and the week's "Bag of Tricks," setting up a game called Truth or Trick: housemates take turns picking a sealed envelope, each containing either a genuine instruction (a Truth) or a deliberately misleading one (a Trick). Whoever picks must carry it out, playing along and trying to convince the house their story is real either way without revealing which one they got. The rest of the house can question and challenge them to guess if they're being told the truth. Housemates can rope others into helping sell their Truth or Trick, but can't tell them which it is, and each person gets multiple turns throughout the game.
Here are the options they chose from:
1. TRUTH — Choose one housemate and give them a genuine compliment.
2. TRUTH — Choose two housemates and tell each of them one quality you think they possess that you do not.
3. TRUTH — Choose one housemate and imitate one of their signature mannerisms. The house must guess who you are impersonating.
4. TRICK — Choose one housemate and tell them Big Brother has asked you to keep an eye on them for the rest of the day. Do not explain why.
5. TRICK — Choose a housemate and convince them that you have received information about them that you are not allowed to reveal.
6. TRUTH — Tell the house one thing you have learnt about yourself since entering the house.
7. TRUTH — Choose a housemate and ask them a question you have genuinely wanted to ask them. They must answer honestly.
8. TRUTH — Choose one housemate and give them a genuine piece of advice for the rest of their Big Brother journey.
9. TRICK — You have been given a secret advantage. For the next three minutes, convince the house that you know something they don't.
10. TRUTH — Tell the house which housemate you think you would get along with best outside the house and explain why.
11. TRUTH — Tell the house which housemate you think understands you the least and explain why.
12. TRUTH — Choose one housemate and tell them what you think they are most likely to be remembered for in the house.
13. TRUTH — Go to the housemate nearest to you and tell them the first impression you had of them when you met them.
14. TRICK — Choose one housemate and convince them that they have been selected for a secret task. You must not reveal that you are responsible.
15. TRICK — You have three minutes to convince the house that you have been given an important instruction that you are not allowed to reveal.
16. TRICK — Big Brother has asked you to choose one housemate who should be careful about trusting people in the house today. Do not tell them why.
17. TRICK — Convince the house that you have been given immunity for the week. You must not reveal whether this is true or false.
18. TRICK — For the next 3 minutes, behave as though you have been given a special instruction from Big Brother. You may not reveal what it is.
19. TRUTH — Choose one housemate and tell them something about yourself that you don't think they know.
20. TRICK — Big Brother has asked you to identify the housemate you consider the biggest threat. Do not explain why.
21. TRUTH — Choose one housemate and tell them something you genuinely appreciate about the way they have handled their time in the house.
22. TRUTH — Stand up and give a 30-second acceptance speech for an award you think you deserve in the house.
23. TRICK — You have been instructed to make at least three housemates believe that you have been given a secret mission.
24. TRICK — You have been told that the next housemate to open an envelope will receive whatever is inside your envelope. Convince them that this is true.
25. TRICK — Tell one housemate that you have been given an important advantage. You must convince them that it is real without telling them what the advantage is.
26. TRICK — Choose one housemate and convince them that Big Brother has asked you to report something they say or do during the rest of the day.
27. TRICK — Tell one housemate that Big Brother has instructed you to choose someone to be your personal assistant for the rest of the day. Convince them that they have been selected.
28. TRUTH — Choose one housemate and tell them one thing you think they do better than anyone else in the house.
29. TRICK — Convince the house that Big Brother has asked you to choose the next person to open an envelope. Do not reveal whether you actually have this power.
30. TRUTH — Choose one housemate and tell them one thing about their personality that you genuinely admire.
31. TRICK — Choose one housemate and tell them they should be careful about trusting another housemate today. You must make them believe that you have a reason for saying this.
32. TRUTH — Choose one housemate and swap seats with them. You must remain in their seat for the remainder of the game.
2:00 pm: The game continues
The Truth or Trick game rolls on. Once it ends, Ricky chats to Chimsom Chuka about Chimsom Chuka's second time as HoH, saying he told Biggie it was good — different from the first time. Chimsom Chuka opens up to Ricky about seeing him as a neutral person who doesn't like arguments. He tells Ricky he believes he's just as honest as he is, adding that while Flora is a good person, she tends to adopt other people's fights as her own.
Barry chills with Abi, and the two get into a conversation about what it's like staying in the HoH loft, with Abi admitting she'll actually miss it. They also touch on Temi Nkem's tears earlier in the game, agreeing it was probably part of a Trick.
Temi Nkem checks in with the housemates about the wager: Oyin says she'll go with a hula hoop routine, Flora agrees to mime after Temi offers her the choice between miming or clowning, and Nomy says she'll think on it a bit more. Biggie nudges the housemates to prepare for the HoH challenge. While getting ready, Flora reflects on how different life in the house is from her life outside; she also declares she wants to win HoH today.
3:00 pm: The HoH challenge begins
Housemates head to the Arena and the challenge kicks off. Tonight's challenge has four tasking games, and after selecting a letter from a box of envelopes, they must each sit according to the letter in the word.
Abi, HoH of week 6, will be allowed to participate in today’s HoH Challenge.
The first game started with Abi playing first, but she was buzzed out.
4:00 pm – The pressure is on.
The first game is called Trail Ball. It has to do with a large maze and the person who plays the game must guide the ball through the maze. To guide the ball, you must hold and manoeuvre the board.
Keivo, Bells, Sheba, Araga, Yuusf, Barry, Chimsom chuka, Oyin, Tram and Temi Nkem moved to Game Two.
The second game is called The Colour Trick. It was a memory game that involved moving coloured bags to the correct coloured pads after you had seen the reference image.
5:00 pm – The game gets tougher
Keivo, Bells, Sheba, Barry and Chimsom Chuka moved to Game Three.
The next game is called Floating Trip. It had to do with the person using a blow dryer to control a ping-pong ball and guide it through a series of rings along a trail and deposit it into the red cup at the end of the trail.
Sheba, Keivo and Chimsom Chuka moved to the next game. Game 4 is called Wheely Wheely. It is where the person had to transport the ball from the spoon to the cup – on a wheel. Chimsom Chuka was the fastest, he therefore won the round.
Biggie had a twist: everyone who got the letter “C” in the beginning of the HoH Challenge, could now challenge Chimsom Chuka in the next game. Abi, Bells, Temi Nkem and Tram are competing with Chimsom Chuka for the HoH reign.
6:00 pm – The new HoH is…
The four housemates who are competing with Chimsom Chuka in the Challenger round, do an endurance game. The five players have to hold a ball between two cylinders, balance it in each arm.
Abi and Tram are the last housemates in the challenge. In the end, Tram won.
Tram is the HoH of week 7. Flora will join him in the HoH Loft.
Ricky and Nomy played a game to see who will be the bench warmer of the week.
Nomy is the bench warmer for the week. The housemates returned to the house.
7:00 pm – Live Nominations
Biggie tells the housemates that there are red envelopes all over the house for each of them, except for Tram and Nomy. The housemates have to each find an envelope and not open it until Biggie tells them to. They have ten minutes to find the envelopes.
All Housemates are up for possible eviction, except Keivo and Tram; they are safe from Nominations.
Biggie told Nomy to gather her belongings and leave the Big Brother house. She is disqualified.
After the Live Nominations, Sheba said she is more shocked when Big Brother let her (Nomy) get away with things.
Flora, Oyin, Ricky, Tram are together. Tram said Nomy should have just apologised to Biggie. He added that her ego is too big. He said that he is disappointed in Nomy because she have tried to be in the house four times and she is here finally and she does this.
According to him, he has tried to speak to her to act remorseful even when she is not. Oyin said this one pained her.
8:00 pm – Tram starts acting up as HoH
Tram said: “So my baby is gone just like that.”
He told Keivo that they have never fought in the house so why would he take his save (during Live Nominations) away. He told Keivo that he worked for it.
Keivo said he knew that if it was switched he would have replaced him with Ricky. Tram told him the person he would not want to save is Ricky.
According to Tram, the HoH title is a perfect clap back. He said he knows that bitch did not want him to win.
Tram is shared his HoH treats – pizza and chicken – with the housemates.
Keivo and Aikou is in the Games Lounge. Keivo told Aikou: “So I am not seeing Nomy in this house again, WTF.” Aikou said: “I swear that hurt me.”
In the kitchen, Tram is with Ricky and Sheba. He said that the way sugar was finish last week is not normal. Sheba said the sugar did not finish. Ricky chimed in and said someone stole sugar.
Bluethopia asked Tram why he is taking sugar to the HoH Loft. Tram said: “You will do what you want when you are a HoH yourself. Let me run my regime the way i want to.” He said if you want sugar you come to me.
9:00 pm – Flora and Oyin help Tram in the kitchen
Flora and Oyin started to divide the food for the house,
Flora called Keivo to come and take his plantain, and to keep it for himself.
She then called the housemates to bring their plates for the eggs. They talk about how many eggs each housemate will get. In the end, Tram said it is four eggs per person.
