Live eviction days always come with a calm, reflective mood, and Day 28 is no different, with the housemates focused on packing and getting ready for the show.

08:00 am: A new day begins

Free from workout sessions, the housemates spent the morning resting after a fun Saturday night link-up. Early risers like Keivo got started with ironing and cleaning, while Temi Nkem and Sheba did laundry.

09:00 am: Housemates gather in the lounge

Under Biggie's instruction, HoH Abi gathered the housemates in the lounge to read a Lush hair brief. Shortly after, the salon opened, and housemates got the chance to refresh their hair and create fun, unique styles with the provided amenities.

10:00 am: Yusuf and Bells have a chat

After getting cosy together the night before, Yusuf and Bells sat down for breakfast this morning. Yusuf opened up about his developing feelings for Bells. While he's always referred to her publicly as his friend, he's now more vocal about how he feels, reinforcing that he was serious about what he said last night — he really likes her. Bells wasn't convinced, brushing it off as the drink talking. Yusuf also cleared the air about Flora, to put any doubts to rest after Oyin stopped him from dancing with her the night before; he stated that he sees Flora as just a friend.

11:00 am: Abi vents about Nomy

While the housemates continued their hair prep, Bells helped Abi with her hair in the garden, and the self-care session quickly turned into a rant. Abi opened up about her issues with Nomy calling her selfish. The duo are currently not on talking terms, as Nomy has been giving Abi the silent treatment. Bells also opened up about her situationship with Yusuf, stating that while he claims he wants things to get serious — as he isn't keen on the "just friends" tag — she isn't ready for anything official and doesn't see things evolving with him outside the house.

12:00 pm: Exit diaries begin

With eviction looming, the housemates head into the diary room to reflect on the past week — and Tram, Goddessa, and Cassi all had a lot to unpack.

Tram says he's okay, though it's a lot of emotion to process. He admits he's good at burying his feelings and worries he'll eventually explode if he keeps holding back. He's been reflecting on past decisions and questioning if he's on the right track — this week his emotions have been all over the place. He's been distracting himself and even catching himself flirting, then stopping to ask what he's really doing. Sheba and Cassi feel like home to him; he calls Sheba a bond that'll last beyond the house and says Cassi is genuine too, admitting he'd struggle if he lost contact with either. His one regret: being overly friendly in week one — he opened up too fast to people who didn't deserve it. He's also puzzled by how quickly things have moved with Temi Nkem. What he'll take from this experience is his ability to adapt, step outside his comfort zone, and live with people from different backgrounds. He's grateful for the genuine friendships he didn't expect to find, especially with Sheba, but admits he doesn't know what life outside will look like.

Goddessa says She's happy it's Sunday, but wishes she'd approached games differently. The past four weeks have tested her, and she’s thrilled she won two challenges this week. After feeling she wasn't giving her best last week, she decided to push harder this time, and she’s proud of her creativity even though her team lost the wager. She believes the bonds she's built will outlast the house, especially the ones with Sheba, Araga, Temi Nkem, and Yusuf, as they are people she trusts outside these walls. One key takeaway from this experience is that it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience worth passing down to future generations, and she’s gained the knowledge that she can survive living with strangers. And she's learned there's no point worrying over things you can't change.

Cassi says he's "fine" — cautiously, since he's up for eviction and the odds look grim with only six nominated. He's bracing for the worst and thinks he might go home tonight. He wouldn't do much differently, insisting his time in the house reflects who he really is outside it. He names Chimsom Chuka, Gerard, Bluethopia, Tram, Kamsy, and Neche as bonds he sees lasting beyond the show. His biggest takeaway: how to stay ready for anything — when asked to draw how he sees Big Brother, he pictured a teacher. Being in the house, he says, has taught him to manage his emotions — one minute you're sad, the next you're in the Arena, then straight into a Pool Party.

1:00 pm: Diaries are still in session

Temi Nkem says she's fine, having just spoken to Keivo. She's a little nervous about tonight's eviction, but happy overall. She opened up about yesterday, when Keivo wasn't feeling well and she wanted to care for him, since he's still her "babe" and she's determined to win him back — he's finally speaking to her again after saying he wouldn't. She admits to feeling jealous watching him talk to and dance with other girls — moments she feels should've been theirs. Keivo told her the day she kissed Tram was the day he'd planned to cuddle her instead, and that stung. She still cares about Tram, but sent him to sleep in Sheba's bed last night. Looking back, she feels everything she's done has led her to this point — but kissing Tram is the one thing she'd undo, calling it an emotional, boredom-driven mistake that meant nothing and wasn't worth risking things with Keivo. She wishes she'd kissed Keivo first instead, admitting she was confused about him at the time, and hopes they can now rebuild their friendship. She believes the bonds she's built will survive outside the house — especially with her closest friends: Sheba, Goddessa, Araga, Tram, Barry and Keivo. She describes Goddessa as a playful mother figure, Sheba as someone who comes across as strict but is cool underneath, and Araga as a strong connection. She and Barry have built a good friendship too, with him always complimenting her and giving her comfort. Tram shares qualities she sees in herself, and then there's Keivo, obviously.

Gerard says he's been doing well since last night. His one regret is the first HOH game — he felt it was his to win and still can't shake that feeling. On bonds, he's confident he'll stay friends with Cassi, Chimsom Chuka, Sultex, and Barry outside the house. This week felt different for him because of the wager, and beyond understanding people better, BBNaija has taught him to deal with loss better and accept outcomes. He compares it to gaming: normally he'd replay until he wins, but in the house, a loss is a loss, and life moves straight on to the next party.

Nomy says she's good and has no regrets, believing everything happens for a reason. She hasn't formed any real bonds in the house, and if her journey ends tonight, she says there's nothing she'd point to as something she'll take away.

2:00 pm: Housemates discuss Nomy

Tram says he was glad someone else finally raised the questions about Abi and Nomy's friendship, and asks Goddessa if she also saw that the friendship was fake — calling it one-sided. He says he's never hidden how he feels about Nomy from day one, but every time he gets close to someone, they have something to say about her.

Goddessa says Abi has every right to form and end any friendship on her own terms. She says she observed that the friendship was one-sided — Nomy was only taking, and Abi barely knew anything about her despite Nomy knowing a lot about Abi; so she ended it. Friendships, she says, don't need drama to end.

Chimsom Chuka jokes that it would be an interesting week if Nomy won HOH; Sheba says she'd sleep through it. Tram says it's unsettling how Nomy talks to herself, admitting it scares him a little.

Tram also opens up about pretending to be impressed when Nomy was flexing about how much money she makes from her business — only for her to later claim, mid-argument, that he'd said he was impressed after just one conversation. He says he was only acting impressed to make her feel good, something he admits he did with everyone in week one.

Tram says he sat Cassi down and asked him directly why he doesn't like him, telling him if he doesn't have the nerve to say it to his face, he should keep it to himself. Chimsom Chuka says Nomy is difficult to defend as a friend. Tram says Abi has a soft heart, which is why they were able to make peace — she feels for people.

Goddessa says she honestly doesn't understand the friendship, but respects that Abi is an adult who can make her own calls.

Tram says he and Nomy clash because they're both Scorpios, and claims he's seen her manipulate people. Goddessa also brings up Nomy’s fallout with Temi Nkem, saying  Nomy left Temi Nkem on eggshells, even when she repeatedly asked what she'd done wrong.

3:00 pm – Araga and Yusuf talk about their ladies

Araga told Yusuf that Goddessa is a fun type and she should have her fun. According to Yusuf, he would get jealous being with Goddessa. He said he would rather dance with his girl, so he doesn’t want to be everywhere on the dance floor. Yusuf confessed Bells told him that she doesn't want him to talk to other people. Araga said Goddessa just wants her man.

Their conversation goes to who they think would leave tonight. They talk about the people they want to leave, which includes Nomy and Cassi. They hope not but they think Gerard will leave. According to Yusuf, he had a bad dream of Bells leaving today but she's safe. Yusuf said that Bells makes living in the Big Brother Naija house easy. She makes him feel at home and listens to him.

The two start talking about Cassi saying he’s performative.

4:00 pm – Tram and Oyin have a moment

Tram and Oyin are hanging out in the Garden. He shared with Oyin that when he told his girl he’s coming to Big Brother Naija and how she crashed out. He felt that the girl was holding him back, he said bad things and lowkey broke up with her. She then ended up writing a message for him and giving her a blessing to be on the show. He confessed that he didn't understand how she would still love him after what he said to her.

In the Orange Bedroom, Yusuf told Araga and Bells that it would be hard to be friends with Abi. They talked about what insults she would use.

Bells told Yusuf that about a time she crashed out because her hand was hurt and Yusuf asked her why didn't she tell him. She said that they were not talking at the time. He responded that it's crazy how this house can just change, one minute they are not talking and next things Bells is his babe.

5:00 pm – Bells and Yusuf get cosy

The housemates get ready for the live show. Chimsom Chuka, Gerard, Sheba and Sultex talk about movies.

Bells is sitting on top of Yusuf on the bed and they start talking about how much money they've made. He says if he would write a story he would write her character as a serial killer, because she's bubbly but can switch up on you.

Aikou, Barry, Gerard and Cassi play table pool.
