We’re taken to the Hamptons, where money, beauty and status wield literal cut-throat power and, where Emily Thorne is quietly and precisely exacting revenge on her neighbours. It is a world of cocktail dresses and even more cocktails aboard a millionaire’s row of yachts. But behind the smiles and garden parties there is an overwhelming sense of paranoia in Revenge, and its soundtrack- sophisticated, sad and often quite eerie- is a perfect complement to this kind of manicured violence.
