Kim Kardashian has reportedly moved to a gated community amid stalking fears.

The 31 year-old reality star is believed to be renting a 67000 sq ft mansion - just round the corner from her old home in Beverly Hills - for £25 000 a month.

According to the Daily Mail, Kim decided to leave the £3.1million home she bought in 2005 after a man turned up at her front door with a suitcase last month, insisting she had invited him to stay.

A source told TMZ.com: ''[The man] buzzed the intercom at her security gate and claimed Kim had flown him into town to stay with her - and that he was supposed to be working on her reality show.

''Kim got freaked out when the man refused to leave and a member of her security detail alerted police.''

The newly-single socialite - who is in the process of divorcing basketball player Kris Humphries after just 72-days of marriage - is said be so afraid of stalkers that she made the instant decision to move.

Her new place boasts six bathrooms, four bedrooms and an infinity pool.
