The Little Monster comes out to play
Die Antwoord's new video guns for Gaga
Don’t bite Die Antwoord, Gogga
By
Libby Allen | Thu, 25 Oct 2012
Tweet
Die Antwoord are at it again, and they've posted a response to
Lady Gaga and her Little Monster Army
who took to Twitter to rage against
Fatty Boom Boom.
Just when we thought that the sea was calm, and that there might actually be other issues to worry about, Die Antwoord have hit back!
Taking on commentary around what some have called, “the most shocking music video of 2012” Ninja and Yo-landi spend a good few minutes showing that, once again, they are laughing at all of us.
And they will keep on laughing as long as people are speculating about the possible illuminati-like status of DJ Hi-Tek (“
some
say he’s a real person”) and the doe-eyed disbelief that a group from South Africa might actually be behind hype of this scale.
If you’re curious, you can see the video
here
. . Please note that if profanity and the band's in-your-face weirdness upsets you, you probably shouldn't watch. But if you do watch, be careful about what you say, because Die Antwoord are watching you right back.
