Julianne Hough says Tom Cruise’s realistic portrayal of a rock star gives her “chills”.

The dancer-turned-actress praised her Rock of Ages co-star for his incredible performance as rocker Stacee Jaxx in the musical movie, and likened him to Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis.



The 23-year-old also admitted she couldn’t help but harbour a little crush on the iconic actor.

“You have no idea how hot Tom is. There is this one number where he sings Pour Some Sugar and Def Leppard were in there [the studio] and we were all watching… just thinking about it now gives me chills because he is so ridiculously hot. I couldn’t believe it was Tom Cruise, he looks like Anthony Kiedis,” she told Access Hollywood.

Julianne also praised Tom for how much attention he pays to other people. The Footloose star recalled when her sister and baby nephew encountered the star on the set and he made them feel like the only people in the room.

The blonde beauty added that there was a great family atmosphere. “He’s just great, it’s very genuine and sincere and he really wants to know something about you. My older sister was there with her newborn baby and he was just so intent and excited to meet them - there were 20 other people around but he was just focused on them."
